A display device includes a display panel, a support member disposed under the display panel, a circuit board electrically connected to the display panel and disposed under the support member, and a metal sheet disposed between the circuit board and the support member, bonded to the circuit board by a first adhesive film, and bonded to the support member by a second adhesive film.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first substrate on which a first electrical element and a first conductive structure, which is configured to surround the first electrical element, are disposed, a second substrate on which a second electrical element and a second conductive structure, which is separably connected to the first conductive structure, are disposed, and a connector which is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and electrically connects the first electrical element to the second electrical element.

A display device includes a display panel, a printed circuit board attached to the display panel and including a ground potential supply terminal, a circuit, and a wiring pattern electrically coupling the ground potential supply terminal and the circuit, and a housing that contacts a coupling place provided to the wiring pattern and is attached to the printed circuit board through the coupling place. An electronic card comprising: a first card portion including lightning protection components, a first ground plane and a first ground zone; a second card portion comprising functional components, a second ground plane and a second ground zone; a third card portion, which separates and electrically isolates the first ground plane and the first ground zone from the second ground plane and from the second ground zone; the first ground zone and the second ground zone being unvarnished; the first ground zone and the second ground zone being arranged in order to be applied onto a housing element that is electrically conductive and that belongs to a housing in which the electronic card is integrated.

A module includes: a substrate having a first surface; a first component mounted on the first surface; a first sealing resin disposed to cover the first surface and the first component; a shield film covering at least a side surface of the first sealing resin; a first ground terminal mounted on the first surface; and a protruding portion formed to extend laterally at any position of the first ground terminal in a direction perpendicular to the first surface. The protruding portion is electrically connected to a portion of the shield film that covers the side surface of the first sealing resin.

A resin multilayer substrate includes a multilayer body including resin base-material layers laminated in a thickness direction and a circuit conductor therein, an end-surface ground conductor provided directly on each end surface of the multilayer body in the thickness direction, an adhesion layer on a side surface of the multilayer body, and a side-surface ground conductor on the adhesion layer. The end-surface and side-surface ground conductors are made of a ground conductor material with a coefficient of thermal expansion whose difference from a coefficient of thermal expansion of the resin base-material layers in a plane direction is smaller than a difference from a coefficient of thermal expansion of the resin base-material layers in the thickness direction. Various embodiments relate to an electronic device including a foldable conducive plate. The electronic device may include: a foldable housing at least partially foldable via a hinge; a display including a flexible display panel viewable through a front surface of the foldable housing and being at least partially foldable, and a conductive plate disposed on a rear surface of the flexible display panel and supporting the flexible display panel; a circuit board disposed to face at least a portion of a border of the conductive plate in the foldable housing; and at least one conductive connection member comprising a conductor disposed between the conductive plate and the circuit board and electrically connecting the conductive plate and a ground of the circuit board.

A multilayer substrate includes a pair of first capacitor electrodes, a pair of second capacitor electrodes, and a dielectric substrate.
