FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT FINGER LAYOUT FOR LOW CROSSTALK
A flexible printed circuit (FPC) for a hard disk drive includes a plurality of electrical traces, whereby aggressor traces are isolated from victim traces to avoid crosstalk that could degrade signals. Aggressor traces may be positioned together at one of the edges of each of the top wiring layer and the bottom wiring layer, physically isolated from victim traces. Aggressor traces may be grouped together at either the top wiring layer or the bottom wiring layer, with the victim traces positioned on the layer opposing the aggressor traces. With aggressor and victim traces routed on the same wiring layer, aggressor traces may be routed away from the victim traces with multi-layer routing, by way of vias.
MULTILAYERED FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A method for manufacturing a bending-tolerant multilayered flexible circuit board (FPC) suitable for use in a disposable biosensor chip includes manufacturing and bending a single-sided FPC. The single-sided FPC includes a base layer, a wiring layer, and through holes. The wiring layer includes first and second wiring areas. A first bending area is formed between each first wiring area and the corresponding second wiring area, the through holes forming an easy bending line. The second wiring area is bent relative to the first wiring area along the bending line to obtain the multilayered FPC.
FLEXIBLE CIRCUIT STRUCTURE FOR CIRCUIT LINE BENDING
A flexible circuit substrate that includes a conductive line on a flexible substrate and at least one slot in the conductive line on the flex substrate, where at one slot is in an area of the flexible circuit substrate that will be bent to prevent an open in the conductive line on the flexible substrate.
Display substrate, method for manufacturing the same, and display panel
Embodiments of the present disclosure propose a display substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and a display panel. In an embodiment, the display substrate includes a flexible substrate, the flexible substrate includes a bending region, the bending region has a first groove, wherein at least an inner wall of the first groove has a first flexible layer, at least one rib is provided on the first flexible layer at a bottom of the first groove, a wiring layer covers the rib on the first flexible layer, and the wiring layer has alternating protrusions and recessions, and an orthographic projection of the protrusions on the flexible substrate and an orthographic projection of the rib on the flexible substrate at least partially overlap.
Display device and method of fabricating the same
A display device includes a display panel, a first protective member, and a second protective member. The display panel includes a front part, a first side part extending from the front part, and a pad portion extending from the first side part. A pad is on the pad portion, the first side part is bent, and each of the front part and the first side part displays an image. The first protective member is below the display panel and overlaps the front part and the first side part. The second protective member is below the display panel, in a same layer as the first protective layer, and overlaps the pad portion. The second protective member has a bending stiffness greater than a bending stiffness of the first protective member.

The flexible printed circuit board includes a binding terminal region, a first circuit region and a second circuit region; the binding terminal region includes multiple terminals, the first circuit region includes a driver circuit, multiple first signal lines, multiple second signal lines, and multiple third signal lines, and the second circuit region includes an external connector; first ends of the multiple first signal lines, the multiple second signal lines and the multiple third signal lines are respectively connected to the terminals of the binding terminal region; second ends of the multiple first signal lines and the multiple second signal lines are respectively connected to the driver circuit; and second ends of the multiple third signal lines are connected to the connector.
BOOT CONTROL CIRCUIT OF COMPUTER SYSTEM
A boot control circuit of a computer system is provided. The boot control circuit is coupled to a system power module. The boot control circuit includes a connection port module and a motherboard. The connection port module includes a detection pin. The motherboard includes a switch for controlling the system power module. The motherboard controls the system power module to provide power for booting the computer system according to a connection between the detection pin and the switch.
LENS MODULE MOUNTING ON RIGID-FLEX PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
A lens module mounted on rigid-flex printed circuit board (PCB) includes a rigid-flex PCB unit having two rigid PCBs and a flex PCB connected to between the two rigid PCBs, and an image sensor and a lens mounted on the flex PCB. A clearance is formed between the lens and the two rigid PCBs, and is filled with clearance glue. The clearance glue reinforces joints of the flex PCB and the two rigid PCBs, and the lens module becomes an integral structure after the clearance glue is cured.
