A display device is provided and includes a display panel including a display area that displays an image and a pad area disposed at least at a side of the display area, and a flexible circuit film electrically connected to the pad area. The flexible circuit film includes connection pads, a first measurement pad, and a second measurement pad. The connection pads are arrayed in a first direction and inclined with respect to a reference line extending in a second direction different from the first direction, the first measurement pad is disposed adjacent to a first side of the connection pads, and the second measurement pad is disposed adjacent to a second side of the connection pads. The connection pads are between the first measurement pad and the second measurement pad.

A system may include a circuit board comprising a plurality of electrically-conductive layers separated and supported by layers of insulating material laminated together, wherein the plurality of electrically-conductive layers comprises a ground plane and the layers of insulating material comprise a surface layer having one or more openings through which the ground plane is exposed through the one or more openings. The system may also include a plurality of electrically-conductive pads formed on a surface of the surface layer and a cable comprising a first signal conductor mechanically contacted to a first pad of the plurality of electrically-conductive pads and a first drain conductor mechanically contacted to the ground plane through the one or more openings.

According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes: a housing; a first electronic component inside the housing; a second electronic component arranged inside the housing and spaced apart from the first electronic component; a female connector electrically connected to the second electronic component, the female connector comprising multiple conductive pins; a male connector electrically connected to the first electronic component and configured to contact at least some of the multiple conductive pins of the female connector, the male connector comprising a base film, a conductive layer formed on one surface of the base film, and an adhesive layer formed on the back surface of the base film, thereby forming a lamination structure; and multiple reinforcement members provided on at least one of one surface of the base film and the back surface thereof so as to form a peripheral portion of the lamination structure.

A display device includes a display panel including a first signal pad portion including first signal pads, a second signal pad portion including second signal pads, and a first dummy pad portion disposed between the first signal pad portion and the second signal pad portion and including at least one first dummy pad, and a flexible circuit board including a first terminal portion including first terminals, a second terminal portion including second terminals, and a first cut portion disposed between the first terminal portion and the second terminal portion. The flexible circuit board is compressed to the display panel. The first terminals are electrically connected to the first signal pads. The second terminals are electrically connected to the second signal pads. The first cut portion overlaps the first dummy pad portion.

An electric wire connection structure is composed of insulated electric wires each including a core and an insulation coating covering the core. The cores of the insulated electric wires are connected to pads provided on a substrate. The insulated electric wires are arranged along a predetermined alignment direction and arranged parallel to each other. The insulation coating is removed at a part in a longitudinal direction of each of the insulated electric wires to expose the core. Exposed portions of the cores are connected to the pads, respectively. Some of the insulated electric wires are configured in such a manner that the core is exposed in an area where the insulation coatings of adjacent ones of the other insulated electric wires in the alignment direction are not removed.

An electronic control module, particularly for a transmission, includes a first circuit board element and a sensor unit carrier fastened to the first circuit board element. The sensor unit carrier has a sensor unit receptacle configured to receive a sensor unit. The sensor unit has a sensor element fastened and electrically connected to a second circuit board element so as to detect at least one measured value. The sensor unit is fastened in the sensor unit receptacle. The second circuit board element has a flexible region that separates a first sub-region of the second circuit board element from a second sub-region of the second circuit board element. The first sub-region has a predetermined angle to the second sub-region. The sensor element is electrically connected to the first circuit board element by the second sub-region of the second circuit board element.

The circuit board assembly includes a first circuit board, including a first side surface and a first sidewall pad, where the first sidewall pad is disposed on the first side surface, a second circuit board, fastened to the first circuit board, where the first sidewall pad is located at a position close to the second circuit board, and sidewall solder, adhered to the first sidewall pad and the second circuit board.

A wiring circuit board includes a base insulating layer; a first wiring disposed on the base insulating layer; an intermediate insulating layer disposed on the base insulating layer so as to cover the first wiring; a second wiring disposed on the intermediate insulating layer; a single layer first terminal, disposed on the base insulating layer, and electrically connected to the first wiring; and a single layer second terminal, disposed on the base insulating layer, and electrically connected to the second wiring. The first terminal is continuous with the first wiring. The second terminal is discontinuous from the second wiring. The wiring circuit board further includes a connecting portion disposed on the base insulating layer and continuous with the second terminal to electrically connect to the second wiring.
