WIRING CIRCUIT BOARD AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF
A wiring circuit board includes a base insulating layer, a conductive layer, and a metal protective film in order toward one side in a thickness direction. The conductive layer includes a signal wiring and a terminal continuous therewith. The signal wiring has one surface in the thickness direction, and first and second surfaces continuous with the one surface and disposed to face each other in a width direction. The terminal has one surface in the thickness direction, and the other surface disposed to face the one surface at the other side in the thickness direction at spaced intervals thereto. The other surface of the terminal is exposed from the base insulating layer toward the other side in the thickness direction. The metal protective film covers the one surface of the signal wiring and one surface of the terminal but not both first or second surfaces.
Circuit board structure and method for manufacturing a circuit board structure
The present publication discloses a circuit-board structure, including a conductor layer on an insulating material layer, and a conductor pattern on top of the conductor foil. A component is attached to the conductor foil and the conductor pattern, the component embedded at least in part in adhesive which attaches the component to the insulating material layer. A recess is formed in the conductor foil and the insulating material layer, and contact openings are in the insulating material layer at locations of contact areas of the component. Conductor material of the conductor foil is not present outside the conductor pattern, and the conductor foil is located between the conductor pattern and the insulating material layer.
LOW COST PANEL AESA WITH THERMAL MANAGEMENT
A method of forming a heat spreader on a printed circuit board (PCB), having a power dissipating component operably coupled thereto, includes attaching a thermally and electrically conductive structure, to a first side of the PCB to define a first PCB region that includes the component and a second PCB region without. The underside of the component is underfilled to electrically insulate its solder contacts. A first protective layer is applied to the second region of the PCB. A conductive plating membrane is deposited to the first region, the second region, and to the structure. A second protective layer is applied over a portion of the conductive plating membrane that overlays the second region, leaving exposed the rest of the conductive plating membrane. An electrically and thermally conductive layer is electroplated over the exposed areas of the conductive plating membrane, to form a heat exchanger within the first region.

A printed circuit board includes: an insulating layer; and a first circuit layer disposed on an upper surface of the insulating layer. A lower surface of the first circuit layer is in contact with at least a portion of the insulating layer, and the first circuit layer includes a first region embedded in the insulating layer, and a second region protruding from the upper surface of the insulating layer.

A plating-pattern plate is configured to transfer, to a substrate, a transfer pattern formed by plating. The plating-pattern plate includes a base body and transfer parts disposed on the base body. Each of the transfer parts has a transfer surface configured to have the transfer pattern to be formed on the transfer surface by plating. The transfer parts are disposed electrically independent of one another on the base body. The plating-pattern plate provides a fine conductive pattern with stable quality.

Provided is a method for manufacturing a wiring board that forms a wiring layer having favorable adhesion without a resin resist pattern. A method prepares a substrate with seed-layer including: a underlayer on the surface of an insulating substrate; and a seed layer on the surface of the underlayer, the seed layer having a predetermined pattern and containing metal; presses a solid electrolyte membrane against the seed layer and the underlayer, and applies voltage between an anode and the underlayer to reduce metal ions in the membrane and form a metal layer on the surface of the seed layer; and removes an exposed region without the seed layer and the metal layer of the underlayer to form a wiring layer including the underlayer, the seed layer and the metal layer on the surface of the substrate.

To provide a surface-treated copper foil that can favorably decrease the transmission loss even used in a high frequency circuit board, and has improved acid resistance. A surface-treated copper foil containing a copper foil, and a surface treatment layer containing a roughening treatment layer on at least one surface of the copper foil, wherein the surface treatment layer contains Ni, the surface treatment layer has a content ratio of Ni of 8% by mass or less (excluding 0% by mass), and an outermost surface of the surface treatment layer has a ten-point average roughness Rz of 1.4 μm or less.

A printed circuit board includes a first insulating layer, a metal layer disposed on one surface of the first insulating layer, a first circuit layer disposed inside the first insulating layer and having one surface exposed to the one surface of the first insulating layer so as to be in contact with one surface of the metal layer, a second circuit layer in contact with the other surface of the metal layer, and a second insulating layer disposed on the one surface of the first insulating layer to cover the metal layer and the second circuit layer. The first and second circuit layers respectively include a metal different from the metal layer.
