Electronic Device
Provided is an electronic device capable of enhancing salt damage resistance. An electronic device includes a circuit board 3 on which an electronic component 2 is mounted, a housing 4 that houses the circuit board 3, a connector 5 that is mounted on the circuit board 3 and is exposed to an outside of the housing via a first opening portion 4a of the housing 4, a cover member 6 that constitutes a part of a case 131 of an external device 103 to hold the housing 4, and has a second opening portion 66a to which the connector 5 is fitted, and a seal member 8 that is interposed between the connector 5 and the cover member 6, and liquid-tightly seals the case 131 of the external device 103. The housing 4 has a first wall portion 18 extending toward the cover member 6 so as to cover a part of the connector 5 at a distance, and the cover member 6 has a second barrier portion 68 extending toward the housing 4 so as to cover a part of the connector 5 at a distance.
AIR BAG CONTROL UNIT
The present invention relates to an airbag control unit capable of improving waterproof performance while forming a slim airbag control unit by improving a coupling structure between parts of an airbag control unit. The present invention discloses an airbag control unit including a housing that is in an enclosure shape and has an opening formed at an end thereof; a PCB that is coupled to the housing by coupling to a corner portion in the opening and an electrical connection structure in which a terminal pin is inserted into a terminal pin hole so that it is energized; and a cover that is provided in a shape covering the opening and includes an edge joined and fixed along an edge of the opening.
STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTING TERMINAL TO CIRCUIT SUBSTRATE WITHIN CASE
In a structure for connecting a terminal to a circuit substrate within a case, a resin holder to which a plurality of terminal members are insert bonded is insert bonded to a resin case member having a connector portion and configuring part of the case. Each terminal member has one end part connected to the circuit substrate housed in the case, another end part of the terminal member being disposed within the connector portion. The holder is insert bonded to the case member while leaving an exposure hole as a cavity. Formed in the case member is an open hole communicating with the exposure hole and opening on a housing chamber side. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a short circuit due to moisture from occurring between the terminal members retained by the holder.

The second protective layer contains a second backing, a second mounting surface, a slit, and a retaining ridge. The first protective layer is connected adjacent to the second protective layer. The first mounting surface is positioned on the first backing. The at least one retaining hook is angularly connected to the first backing. The second mounting surface is positioned on the second backing. The retaining ridge is angularly connected to the second backing. The slit is positioned between the second backing and the retaining ridge.

An electronic unit includes a first case made of metal; a second case made of metal; a frame made of synthetic resin arranged inside an assembly of the first case and the second case; a relay member made of metal that is separate from the frame and includes a first connection portion electrically connected to the first case, a second connection portion electrically connected to the second case, and a coupling portion coupling the first connection portion and the second connection portion; a first screw that passes through the first case and the first connection portion from the outside of the first case and is fixed to the frame; and a second screw that passes through the second case and the second connection portion from the outside of the second case and is fixed to the frame.
Pressure bulkhead structure with integrated selective electronic switch circuitry
Pressure-isolating bulkhead structures with integrated selective electronic switches circuitry are provided. The pressure-isolating bulkhead structure may be a single unit having the integrated electronic switch circuitry, as well as an electrical connector that includes at least one of a wire and a pin contact. Such integrated selective electronic switch circuitry may be fashioned within a self-contained, inner pressure-isolating enclosure body. Such inner pressure-isolating enclosure body may be produced about the selective electronic switch circuitry such that the inner pressure-isolating enclosure body and switch circuitry are produced as a unit, which can be easily placed within a variety of bulkhead structures, and subsequently within a perforating gun.

An electronics device includes a housing having a through-hole disposed in a central portion of the housing. A printed circuit board is connected to the housing. The printed circuit board includes one or more electronic components disposed thereon. A plastic housing cover is connected to the housing and covers the printed circuit board. The housing cover includes a centrally-located post member integral to the housing. The post member extends through the through-hole of the housing and engages with the housing. The engagement between the housing and the housing cover prevents outward deflection of the housing cover.

A seal material (made of an adhesive silicone gel is interposed between the case body part and the lid part. An acceptance part is provided in at least one of the case body part and the lid part. An engagement convex part is configured to be locked in the acceptance part at a position corresponding to the acceptance part in the case body part and the lid part.
Electrical Connector Group Provided With Integrated Vent Valve and Related Making and Assembling Method, in Particular in the Automotive Field
An electrical connector group comprising a connector body shaped to allow electrical connection with external components. The connector body delimits an inner volume. A plurality of electrical contacts are housed in the inner volume and connected to the connector body and to at least one internal electrical/electronic circuit or component. At least one closing lid of the connector body covers and hermetically seals the inner volume. At least one vent valve is fluidically connected to the inner volume, so as to allow only the exit of fluids from the inner volume to the outside. The vent valve comprises a valve head, integral with the connector body and coupled with a seat of the closing lid using a shape coupling, in order to perform a fixing and a centering of the closing lid with respect to the connector body.
