Electronic cabinet, and air inlet therefore
The electronic cabinet for enclosing electronic components generally has a housing having a base and a cover being connected to one another a plurality of lateral walls, one of the plurality of lateral walls having a first opening; a lateral perforated plate being mounted to the housing and extending over the first opening, the lateral perforated plate having a plurality of perforations; and a protector plate being mounted to the housing and extending over the lateral perforated plate to cover the plurality of perforations of the lateral perforated plate, the protector plate defining at least one air inlet between the protector plate and the lateral perforated plate.
BUTTON DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE COMPRISING SAME
An electronic device is provided that includes a housing including a key hole and a vent hole, a button member including a body part disposed to cover the key hole and the vent hole, and a button protrusion inserted into the key hole, a substrate member including a switch actuated based on the button protrusion, a base disposed between the housing and the substrate member to cover the substrate member, a waterproof member including a sealing part, formed to protrude from the base to surround a perimeter at least one of the key hole and the vent hole, which has at least a part in close contact with the outer wall, a conduit for connecting an internal space and outside of the electronic device through the vent hole, and a waterproof cover disposed on the conduit so as to block moisture flowing in through the vent hole.
WASHING MACHINE
Provided is a washing machine having a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. The washing machine includes a cabinet forming an external appearance thereof, a top cover coupled to an upper side of the cabinet, and a PCB assembly provided in the cabinet and configured to control the washing machine, wherein the PCB assemble includes a frame in which a PCB is accommodated and a cover covering the PCB, and the cover includes a heat dissipation path configured to dissipate heat of the PCB and a water inflow preventer configured to prevent water from being introduced into the heat dissipation path.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USING DYNAMIC MATERIALS IN NO-POWER ACTUATION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS MAINTENANCE HARDWARE
A system described herein may allow for the actuating of venting apparatuses, without needing to supply electrical power. For example, a self-actuating material may be used, which may be responsive to heat, to open and/or close the venting apparatus. When the temperature of an apparatus, to which the venting apparatus is affixed, exceeds a threshold temperature, the venting apparatus may open. On the other hand, when the temperature of an apparatus, to which the venting apparatus is affixed, exceeds a threshold temperature, the venting apparatus may close.
Substrate unit
Provided is a substrate unit that has a simple structure and is able to prevent water that has entered the inside from reaching a mounting surface of the substrate. The substrate unit includes: a substrate, a first casing member that supports the substrate, and a second casing member that is integrated into one piece with the first casing member and is provided on a mounting surface side of the substrate, wherein the second casing member is provided with a protruding portion that protrudes into a housing space that is defined by the first casing member and the second casing member and houses the substrate, and intersects a plane that extends along the mounting surface of the substrate.
WATER INGRESS PREVENTION IN ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for preventing or minimizing water ingress in electronic components, particularly card cages or similarly sized and configured components, which may be used in many applications including, but not limited to, materials testing. A gutter is formed around a first portion of the perimeter of a chassis cover and a second channel is formed around a second portion of the perimeter of the chassis cover. This configuration is arranged and constructed to direct the impinging water or liquid away from such components as the air intake, the backplane, openings and exposed electronic terminals
DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display apparatus includes: a display module including a substrate on which a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) are mounted, a holder covering a rear side of the substrate, a reinforcement member provided on a rear side of the holder, and a fixing member protruding rearward from the holder; a cabinet provided to support the display module and including a plurality of first magnets and a through hole through which the fixing member passes; and a circuit case including a plurality of second magnets and coupled to the cabinet. The display module is coupled to the cabinet by a first magnetic attraction between the plurality of first magnets and the reinforcement member and a second magnetic attraction between the plurality of second magnets and the reinforcement member.
Television Enclosures and Related Systems and Methods
A television enclosure system includes a housing including a rear bezel and a front bezel coupled to the rear bezel, a gasket on the front wall of the front bezel, a panel held within the front bezel with the gasket between a front wall of the front bezel and the panel, at least one retaining bracket connected to a side wall of the front bezel, and at least one bezel clip coupled to the at least one retaining bracket and configured to engage the panel to compress the gasket.
