Electronic Control Unit
Provided is an electronic control unit that can be used even in a mounting environment causing severe salt damage. In order to achieve the above-described object, in an electronic control unit according to the present invention, a minimum distance between a wall and a respiratory filter is set to be 3 mm or more.
Vent
A vent, preferably made of metal, comprises a body (10) having an aperture (24) for the passage of a fluid and a sealing surface (11) surrounding the aperture. A porous membrane (50) lies against the sealing surface (11) and covers the aperture (24). A clamp arrangement may comprise a spring (30) pressing the membrane against the sealing surface (11) to prevent liquid from passing through between the sealing surface (11) and the membrane (50), e.g. by means of a cap (40) secured to the body (10) of the vent. The clamp arrangement is such that upon a reduction of the membrane thickness by 50% in the clamping area the compressive force per unit area does not change by more than 50%.
BREATHER DEVICE
A breather device includes a case housing a device in an internal space and a valve tightly sealing the internal space. The valve includes a housing, a communication path, a ventilation passage, a seal portion, a valve element, and a spring. The valve element includes first and second valve members. The second valve member abuts against the first valve member to block a valve hole thereof. The spring includes first and second springs. The first spring pushes the first valve member against the seal portion in the housing of the valve. The second spring pushes the second valve member against the first valve member. The valve is brought into a closed valve state with the valve element pushed against the seal portion with the second valve member blocking the valve hole. The elastic force of the first spring in the closed valve state is larger than the second spring.
PRESSURE COMPENSATION ELEMENT
A pressure compensation element for installation in a housing wall, comprising a base part and a cover part arranged on the base part, wherein at least one gas exchange channel, in which a gas-permeable membrane is arranged, is provided in the pressure compensation element centrally in the middle with respect to the axis of the gas flow direction, wherein the base part has, on its side facing the cover part, in the gas exchange channel or at its end, a retaining grid on which the membrane is arranged, and wherein the base part has on the outside a circumferential annular collar through which gas exchange openings lead. The base part has on its nozzle at least two groups of radially outwardly facing locking elements, wherein the locking elements of the respective groups have a uniform height in themselves but a height which is different from the respective locking elements of the other groups.
Metal housing and ventilation structure employing same
A ventilation structure includes a metal housing and a ventilation member. The metal housing is a housing that requires ventilation, and has a ventilation hole and a hole-surrounding portion. The ventilation hole is covered by the ventilation member. The hole-surrounding portion defining the periphery of the ventilation hole has been subjected to an alumite treatment, a treatment for forming a chemical conversion coating formed by a trivalent chromium compound, a chromium-plating-on-aluminum treatment, or an oil-repellent treatment.
Electrical junction box
An electrical junction box includes an electronic component, a circuit assembly that has a conductive path and on which the electronic component is mounted, and a cover member for covering at least a portion of the circuit assembly, and the cover member is provided with an air valve that allows air permeation while inhibiting water from entering the circuit assembly side.
VENTILATION CAP
A ventilation cap according to the present disclosure includes a body, a ventilation filter, a cover member, and legs. A first vent hole is defined in the body, and the ventilation filter is disposed on the body to cover the first vent hole. The cover member is coupled to the body to cover the ventilation filter, and the legs are formed beneath the body and are spaced apart from each other around the first vent hole. Further, the legs are received in a hole defined in a target housing to be coupled to the target housing, and a second vent hole communicating with the first vent hole is defined in a side portion of the cover member.

An electrical junction box includes an electronic component, a circuit assembly that has a conductive path and on which the electronic component is mounted, and a cover member for covering at least a portion of the circuit assembly, and the cover member is provided with an air valve that allows air permeation while inhibiting water from entering the circuit assembly side.
VENT

Charging gun with magnetic element controlling magnetic switch
A charging gun includes a housing provided with a receiving cavity, a latching member movably assembled at a periphery of the housing, a circuit module mounted in the receiving cavity, and a waterproof and air-permeable assembly. The circuit module includes a magnetic switch. A mounting recess into which the latching member is mounted is provided at the periphery of the housing, and the latching member is rotatable about a rotation shaft in the mounting recess. The latching member is provided with a magnetic element, a state of the magnetic switch is controlled by a change of a relative distance between the magnetic element and the magnetic switch with rotation of the latching member. A mounting hole communicating with the receiving cavity is provided in a bottom surface of the mounting recess. The waterproof and air-permeable assembly is mounted in the mounting hole to discharge heat in the receiving cavity.
