ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING DISPLAY
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a hinge housing extending in a direction of a rotational axis, a first housing connected to one side of the hinge housing in a direction perpendicular to the rotational axis to rotate about the rotational axis relative to the hinge housing, a second housing connected to an opposite side of the hinge housing in a direction perpendicular to the rotational axis to rotate about the rotational axis relative to the hinge housing, and a flexible display including a bending area at least partially disposed in the hinge housing and formed to be a flat surface or a curved surface, a first area extending from the bending area in one direction perpendicular to the rotational axis, and a second area extending from the bending area in an opposite direction perpendicular to the rotational axis.
WEARABLE DEVICE WITH BRIDGE PORTION
The present disclosure relates to a wearable device with a bridge portion and systems/methods relating to the device. Preferred embodiments may include two flexible wings and a bridge connecting the two wings. In some embodiments, the upper surface of the bridge can be non-adhesive and uncoupled to the flexible wing such that the flexible wing can be decoupled from the bridge when the adhesive is adhered to the surface of a user. The bridge can be narrower in some portions, and extend around the housing of the monitor. The bridge can extend beneath the housing and bisect the two flexible wings.
MOBILE TERMINAL
A mobile terminal is disclosed. The mobile terminal comprises a flexible display; a first body positioned at a rear of the flexible display, the first body connected to the flexible display; a second body positioned at the rear of the flexible display, the second body connected to the flexible display and spaced apart from the first body, the second body movable with respect to the first body; a hinge assembly positioned at the rear of the flexible display, the hinge assembly located between the first body and the second body, the hinge assembly connecting the first body and the second body; and a hinge cover positioned at a lateral side of the hinge assembly, the hinge cover between the first body and the second body, wherein the hinge cover has a thinner thickness toward a central portion of the hinge cover from both ends of the hinge cover in a direction from the hinge cover toward the hinge assembly.
DATA CENTER CABINET AND REUSABLE TRANSPORT CASTERS FOR A DATA CENTER CABINET
A data center cabinet has a base frame with a pair of front vertical posts, first bottom and top side-to-side beams connected to the front vertical posts, a pair of back vertical posts, second bottom and top side-to-side beams connected to the back vertical posts, and front-to-back beams connecting the front vertical posts and back vertical posts. The first and second bottom side-to-side beams each comprise an opening configured to allow a removable transport caster to pass through the opening, a first set of keyholes configured to receive and retain a set of mounting buttons of a first removable transport caster, and a second set of keyholes configured to receive and retain a set of mounting buttons of a second removable transport caster.
FLEXIBLE DISPLAY DEVICE
A flexible display device can include a display panel, a back cover supporting a rear surface of the display panel, a plurality of fixing sliders fixed on a rear surface of the back cover and arranged along a longitudinal direction, a central frame disposed at a center of the rear surface of the back cover and having first and second longitudinal ends, a pair of connection frames rotatably connected to the first and second longitudinal ends of the central frame and provided with slot holes through which respective fixing sliders among the plurality of fixing sliders are slidably supported, and a plurality of hinge members. Each hinge member connects a respective one of the first and second longitudinal ends of the central frame to a respective one of the pair of connection frames.
FOLDABLE DISPLAY DEVICE
A foldable display device includes a first support plate and a second support plate, a display panel disposed on the first support plate and the second support plate and a hinge assembly disposed between the first support plate and the second support plate, the hinge assembly includes a hinge arm, a gear arm coupled to the hinge arm, an inner frame disposed under the hinge arm and the gear arm and fixing the hinge arm and the gear arm, a hinge housing accommodating the inner frame, the hinge arm, and the gear arm, under the inner frame, and a foreign material inflow prevention element interposed between the hinge housing and the inner frame and connected to the hinge arm to operate together with folding of the hinge arm when the hinge arm is folded.
Modular data storage system
A modular data storage system can consist of at least first and second enclosures spanning a single pair of rails. The first and second enclosures may each have keyed couplers that mate to align the first and second enclosures along a common plane while being suspended between the single pair of rails.
Computing device hinge assembly
Examples are disclosed relating to computing device hinge assemblies. In one example, a hinge assembly comprises a hinge frame affixed to one substrate and a hinge arm member affixed to another substrate. The hinge arm member comprises first and second arcuate arm guide slots. An arm support member, moveably coupling the hinge arm member to the hinge frame, comprises a first side comprising a first arcuate support guide slot receiving a first frame guide of the hinge frame, and a second side comprising a second arcuate support guide slot receiving a second frame guide. First and second arcuate inner support guides are received within the first and second arcuate arm guide slots of the hinge arm member. An elongated bridge member connects the first side of the arm support member to the second side, with the bridge member comprising a unitary structure fabricated from bulk metallic glass.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR IMPLEMENTING AN ACCESS POINT SUPPORTING MULTIPLE COMMUNICATIONS PROTOCOLS
Access points can be mounted in a variety of locations or orientations and can support multiple communications protocols. In some embodiments, an access point includes a main housing and a front housing. The main and front housing are connected by a hinge. A Wi-Fi antenna is included in the front housing in some embodiments. The access point is configured for use in either an open or closed position. When mounted in a vertical position, the front housing can be lowered into a horizontal position, which facilitates a preferred orientation of an antenna with respect to the ground. A first set of cooling fins serves to maintain components of the access point offset from a wall to which the access point is mounted. This facilitates airflow. Additional fins act as a spacer between the main housing and the front housing when the access point is used in a closed position. This facilitates air flow around both sides of the main housing.
