Interfaces for coupling a memory module to a circuit board, and associated devices, modules, and systems

This disclosure relates generally to interfaces between memory modules and circuit boards. More specifically, this disclosure relates to interfaces for coupling a memory module to a circuit board such that the memory module is arranged in a plane that is substantially parallel with a plane of the circuit board. Various embodiments disclosed herein include interfaces, memory modules including interfaces or portions of interfaces, and/or circuit boards including interfaces and/or portions of interfaces. Associated devices and systems are also disclosed.

DISPLAY DEVICE

A display device includes a control substrate provided in the display device, a first connecting part provided on the control substrate and connecting a controller to the control substrate, the controller configured to control the display device, and a second connecting part provided on the control substrate and connecting a user interface unit to the control substrate, the user interface unit connected to an external device.

CONTROLLER

A controller includes: a housing; a plurality of control boards accommodated in a plurality of slots formed in the housing, in a manner that the control boards are insertable into and removable from the slots; a backboard provided inside the housing on an interior side with respect to a direction of insertion of the plurality of control boards; and a plurality of junctions provided to establish electric connection between the plurality of control boards inserted into the slots and the backboard. Each of the junctions includes a first connector attached to the control board and a second connector attached to the backboard so as to be connected to the first connector. Attachment positions of the plurality of first connectors relative to the control boards are configured to differ from each other when the first connectors are viewed from the direction of insertion of the control boards.

Disclosed are an electrical power supply expansion card and a computer case. The electrical power supply expansion card comprises a housing and a circuit board. The circuit board is arranged on the housing, and the housing is installed in the computer case. The circuit board is provided with at least one peripheral interface, and is further provided with at least one power source interface. The at least one power source interface is detachably connected to a power source in the computer case so as to obtain electric power and output electric power via the at least one peripheral interface. The technical solution provided in the present invention can enable the expansion card to be an expanded power source of the power source in the computer case, thus supplying power to an external device, thereby improving the usability of the expansion card.

Meshed architecture rackmount storage assembly

Systems, methods, apparatuses, and software for data systems are provided herein. In one example, a meshed computing architecture is presented that includes a midplane comprising PCIe interconnect, storage modules configured to couple to a first portion of the PCIe interconnect, controller modules configured to couple to a second portion of the PCIe interconnect, and fabric modules configured to couple to a third portion of the PCIe interconnect. The first portion of the PCIe interconnect communicatively couples each of the storage modules to each of the controller modules and each of the fabric modules, the second portion of the PCIe interconnect communicatively couples each of the controller modules to each of the fabric modules, and third portion of the PCIe interconnect communicatively couples the controller modules to each other.

CARD HOLDER AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

A card holder is used for an electronic device having a housing, and is able to accommodate a data card and be inserted into the housing. The card holder includes a card tray and a card cover. The card tray is configured to accommodate the data card. The card cover is connected to the card tray, is rotatable relative to the card tray, and includes a first end and a second end opposite to each other and a first protrusion extending towards the card tray. When the card holder is in a state of being inserted into the housing and a pushing force is applied to the first end, the card cover is rotatable about the first protrusion such that the first end extends further into the housing and the second end extends out of the housing. An electronic device is also provided.

Each connection device can include a plurality of connector elements. Data indicative of one or more configuration parameters of the second connection device can be obtained. An operating configuration of the first connection device can be determined based at least in part on the data indicative of the one or more configuration parameters. Operation of the first connection device can be controlled based at least in part on the operating configuration.

A solid state drive apparatus includes a casing including a top plate, a bottom plate, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall. A first substrate is disposed inside the casing. At least one first semiconductor chip is mounted on the first substrate. A second substrate is disposed inside the casing. At least one second semiconductor chip is mounted on the second substrate. A heat dissipation structure is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and includes a lower heat dissipation panel contacting the at least one first semiconductor chip. An upper heat dissipation panel contacts the at least one second semiconductor chip. An air passage is provided between the lower heat dissipation panel and the upper heat dissipation panel and extends from the first sidewall of the casing to the second sidewall.
