Fixing device and accommodation device using the same

A fixing device includes a main body, a sliding block, and a fixing rod. The main body has a sliding rail and a guiding hole, and the sliding rail which is disposed at a front side of the main body vertically extends. The guiding hole adjoins the sliding rail and horizontally extends through the main body. The sliding block is slidably connected to the sliding rail. The fixing rod is movably connected to the sliding block extending through the guiding hole, and the sliding block is configured to move along the sliding rail and enable the guiding hole to drive the fixing rod to horizontally move.

Faceplate and electronic device

A faceplate that is attached to a circuit board on the side of an extraction direction in which the circuit board is extracted from a slot includes: a main body that covers an opening of the slot; and two handle portions that are disposed respectively at both ends of the main body with respect to a width direction of the circuit board and that extend in the extraction direction. The two handle portions have respective distal ends shifted from each other in a thickness direction of the circuit board. Multiple slots are formed in a casing of an electronic device along a width direction thereof.

Component latch release adjustable handle

In an approach to a one-handed removable component (RC) extraction, a fixed length strap and a variable length strap, based on a configurable diameter loop in the variable length strap, are attached to each other. The variable length loop passes through the RC extraction handle and encircles a RC release lever. The fixed length strap is attached to the RC extraction handle. The loop diameter is calibrated such that pulling on the fixed length strap first applies force to the variable length loop engaging the release handle, in a direction perpendicular to the applied force, without damage before transferring force to the fixed length strap to extract the RC.

A circuit board housing assembly includes a housing; a circuit board having an opening attached to the housing; and a board removal tool having a holding member, a rivet and a pin. The holding member has an aperture corresponding to the opening and the rivet is inserted in the opening and the aperture. The rivet has a head with a proximal end and a distal end and a central axis, the head has an internal passage extending parallel to the central axis from the proximal end to the distal end, and the distal end is mechanically connected to legs extending distally from the head and having an internal surface facing the central axis. When the pin is inserted into the internal passage along a direction from the proximal end towards the distal end, the pin applies force to the internal surface of the at least two legs in a direction perpendicular to the central axis.

Apparatus and system for modular cable management in telecommunications systems

The disclosed apparatus may include at least one physical extension handle that connects to at least one ejector that facilitates securing a line card to a chassis of a telecommunications system and ejecting the line card from the chassis of the telecommunications system. The physical extension handle may, when connected to the ejector, extend the ejector such that a user is able to access the ejector by way of the physical extension handle to secure the line card to or eject the line card from the chassis of the telecommunications system using the physical extension handle. Additionally or alternatively, the physical extension handle may facilitate physically supporting one or more communication cables connected to the line card in a horizontal orientation such that the communication cables avoid hanging down vertically directly from the chassis. Various other apparatuses and systems are also disclosed.

Equipment locking device

A method and a device for locking an equipment with a rack are presented. The device may include a trigger and an equipment locking mechanism, wherein upon the trigger automatically activates the equipment locking mechanism upon contacting a portion of the rack. The automatic locking initiates when the equipment reaches a desired position within the rack.

FIXING FRAME AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

This disclosure relates to a fixing frame including a guiding element, a movable element, and a handle. The guiding element is configured for an interface card to be placed into the guiding element along a first direction. The movable element is movably disposed in the guiding element. The movable element includes a pushing portion and an abutted portion. The handle is pivotably disposed on the guiding element. The handle includes an abutting portion. The abutting portion selectively abuts the abutted portion of the movable element, so that the pushing portion of the movable element pushes the interface card along a second direction opposite to the first direction.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND TRAY

An electronic device includes a casing and a tray. The tray includes a tray body, a handle, a first transmission mechanism, a second transmission mechanism and a third transmission mechanism. The tray body is disposed in the casing. The first transmission mechanism is configured to rotatably connect the handle to the tray body. The second transmission mechanism is disposed on the tray body and connected to the first transmission mechanism. The third transmission mechanism is disposed on the tray body and corresponds to the second transmission mechanism. When the handle rotates, the first transmission mechanism drives the second transmission mechanism to move along a first direction, and the second transmission mechanism drives the third transmission mechanism to move along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
