Integration of microinverter with photovoltaic module

Various technologies for integrating a microinverter with a photovoltaic module are disclosed. An alternating current photovoltaic (ACPV) module includes a photovoltaic module having a frame and a junction box including a direct current (DC) output connector, and a microinverter having a housing coupled to the frame and a DC input connector electrically mated with the DC output connector of the photovoltaic module.

ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING A GROUND CONNECTION BETWEEN A CIRCUIT CARD AND A HOUSING OF AN ELECTRICAL DEVICE

The ground connection between the circuit card and the housing and the housing connection side is implemented by at least one plug-in connection of variable insertion depth. This design is particularly advantageous for producing corresponding devices in an automated manner because, owing to the assembly of the devices, the contact-connection of the circuit card to ground also takes place automatically, specifically as desired in the advantageous form of meshed grounding with simultaneous compensation of the housing tolerances which is made possible by the plug-in connection of variable insertion depth.

DEVICE MOUNTS

In an example, a device mount may include a plurality of mounting standoffs which may be arranged in a mounting arrangement. Each mounting standoff of the plurality of mounting standoffs may include a fixed end and a free end disposed away from the fixed end. The fixed end may securably mount to a chassis of an electronic device. Additionally, the free end may engage with a mounting interface of a device board. The mounting standoff may also include a threaded cavity extending into the mounting standoff from the fixed end. The mounting standoff may also include a retention nut to engage with the free end to fix the device board to the mounting standoff.

Retainers with movable hooks

In an example, a retainer may include a post to insertably engage with a post receptacle on a system board, and a hook hingeably attached to the post. The hook may be movable from a first position, lateral to a longitudinal axis of the post, to a second position aligned with the longitudinal axis of the post. In some implementations, the hook may be spaced from a top surface of the post when disposed in the second position so as to receive a portion of an expansion component between the hook and the post when the hook is disposed in the second position.

MODULAR SYSTEM FOR INTERNET OF THINGS

In some examples, an Internet of Things (IoT) apparatus including a plurality of boards and one or more connectors to couple IoT modules to one or more of the plurality of boards and to couple the plurality of boards to each other. The connectors include stacking connectors on both sides of at least some of the boards and at least some of the IoT modules to be coupled to the boards. The stacking connectors allow the IoT modules and the boards to be coupled together in a manner that boards and modules cannot be inserted incorrectly.

A bus bar includes: a fixing portion fixed to a fixing member; extending portions individually extending from the fixing portion; terminal portions extending from tips of the extending portions respectively and fixed and electrically connected to a substrate with the terminal portions inserted in terminal insertion holes of the substrate; and curved portions provided in the extending portions respectively.

Electronics device having a plastic cover with a sealed center boss

An electronics unit includes a housing, the housing having a base portion with a post member extending from the base portion. The post member has a through-hole defined through the post member. A printed circuit board is connected to the housing at a plurality of connection points. The printed circuit board includes one or more electric or electronic components disposed thereon and has an aperture. The post member is disposed through the aperture of the printed circuit board. A distal end portion of the post member is larger than a diameter of the aperture so as to fix the printed circuit board to the housing, forming one of the connection points.

Self-Aligning And Anti-Rotating Fastening Devices For Circuit Boards

A fastening device for a circuit board of an electrical device can include a body having a first portion and a second portion, where the body has an aperture that traverses therethrough. The fastening device can also include a first protruding section disposed on a bottom surface of the body adjacent to the aperture. The first protruding section can be configured to abut against a top surface of an enclosure wall of the electrical device and a side of the circuit board. The aperture can be configured to receive a coupling device of the electrical device. The first portion of the body is configured to abut against a top surface of the circuit board when the aperture receives the coupling device of the electrical device.

Multi-layer expansion card buffer bracket

A buffer bracket for multi layers of expansion cards is provided, which includes: an elastic base, a first supporting plate and a plurality of second supporting plates which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein the first supporting plate is fixedly connected to the elastic base, the first supporting plate is slidably connected to the adjacent second supporting plate, and the adjacent second supporting plates are slidably connected.

Display device

A display device is provided. The display device includes a backplane, a board, a first fastener arranged on the backplane, and a second fastener arranged on the board. The first fastener is in snap-fit connection with the second fastener.
