METHODS, SYSTEMS, APPARATUS, AND ARTICLES OF MANUFACTURE TO CONTROL LOAD DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED CIRCUIT PACKAGES
Methods, systems, apparatus, and articles of manufacture to control load distribution of integrated circuit packages are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a carrier plate including a first surface to face a heatsink; a second surface opposite the first surface, and an aperture extending between the first and second surfaces, the aperture dimensioned to surround a semiconductor device, and a spring carried by the carrier plate, the spring to contact a surface of the semiconductor device proximate an outer edge of the semiconductor device.
MODULAR MEMORY DEVICES
The present application provides a memory device. The memory device includes a connector plate having a front edge and a rear edge opposite to the front edge, wherein the connector plate comprises an edge connector disposed at the rear edge and configured to connect to a host connector of a host device; a controller plate defining a first connection region, a second connection region and a chip region, wherein the controller plate is attached to the connector plate at the first connection region, and the controller plate comprises a memory control module disposed in the chip region and in electrical communication with the edge connector; and at least one memory module detachably connected to the controller plate at the second connection region of the controller plate, wherein each of the at least one memory module is in electrical communication with the memory control module when the memory module is connected to the controller plate, such that the memory module can be accessible by the host device via the memory control module.
SERVICEABLE AND ACCESSIBLE LIQUID COOLED MODULES
A removable subassembly is provided for use in a circuit board module. The removable subassembly includes a cooling element that is decoupled from an enclosure constructed for the circuit board module. The cooling element can be fastened directly to a daughter card or other printed circuit board of the electronic module and can act as part of the enclosure for the circuit board module. By having the cooling element fastened to the daughter card and being part of the enclosure, the daughter card or other components of the circuit board module can be removed without the need for a complete disassembly of the circuit board module.
POWER SYSTEM
A power system includes a power module, an electronic load and a system board. The power module includes a first surface, a second surface, a switch and a plurality of conductive parts, wherein the switch is disposed on the first surface of the power module and the plurality of conductive parts are disposed on the second surface of the power module. The electronic load includes a plurality of conductive parts. The power module and the electronic load are disposed on two opposite sides of the system board, the power module delivers power to the electronic load through the system board, and gaps and networks of the plurality of conductive parts of the power module correspond to those of the plurality of conductive parts of the electronic load.
Case opening recording apparatus and case opening recording system that record whether or not case is removed from circuit board
A case opening recording apparatus which, in a mechanical apparatus having a circuit board provided with an electric circuit, and a case capable of housing the circuit board, records whether or not the case is removed from the circuit board, and the case opening recording apparatus includes: a current path provided in the case; an auxiliary power supply provided in either the circuit board or the case and different from a main drive power supply of the mechanical apparatus; a state holding unit in which a state signal to be held is switched when received voltage changes; and a connection unit configured to electrically connect the auxiliary power supply to the state holding unit via the current path when the circuit board is housed in the case, and electrically disconnect the auxiliary power supply from the state holding unit when the circuit board is not housed in the case.
IMD having a core circuitry support structure
A medical device includes a hybrid circuitry assembly and a core circuitry support structure. The core circuitry support structure includes a frame defining a cavity configured to receive at least a portion of the hybrid circuitry assembly. An outer surface of the frame is shaped to correspond to an inside surface of a core assembly housing configured to enclose the hybrid circuitry assembly and the core circuitry support structure.
RADIO SENSOR MODULE AND MODULAR SYSTEM FOR FORMING A RADIO SENSOR MODULE
A radio sensor module having a sensor base module having at least one sensor circuit board that has a sensor, and/or having a terminal for connection to a sensor external to the radio sensor module; a process terminal and/or an extended sensor terminal; a housing portion that accommodates the sensor base module and the sensor circuit board; and a radio sensor unit having a structural carrier that carries therein a radio circuit board and an energy store that supplies the radio circuit board with electrical energy. The energy store has an electrical battery and an electrical condenser which are electrically connected in parallel. A modular system is also provided for forming such a radio sensor module.
Wireless terminal device
This wireless terminal device includes: an input portion; an output portion; a circuit board module electrically connected to the input portion and the output portion; an external power supply module which is detachably connected to the circuit board module, includes an input terminal for receiving input from an external power supply, converts an input voltage inputted to the input terminal, and outputs an output voltage; and a case for storing the input portion, the output portion, the circuit board module, and the external power supply module. In a storage space, a battery can be stored when the external power supply module is detached from the circuit board module. The circuit board module includes a connector connection portion to which a connector of the external power supply module or a connector of the battery can be selectively connected, and which is provided at a position spatially connected to the storage space.
Buckle base/fixing pin combination
A buckle base and buckle-fixing pin combination to be used in fixing a printed circuit board to a sheet includes a buckle base and a buckle-fixing pin. The buckle base is in a generally U-shaped form. The buckle base includes a first leg, a second leg, and a bridge therebetween. The first and second legs are connected to the bridge. The buckle-fixing pin forms a longitudinal slot therein.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display module, a fingerprint identification module, and a first circuit board. The display module includes a display screen, a second circuit board, and a first connecting portion. The display screen is electrically connected to the second circuit board, and the second circuit board is electrically connected to the first circuit board through the first connecting portion. The fingerprint identification module includes a fingerprint sensor, a fingerprint driving unit, and a second connecting portion. The fingerprint sensor is provided on the side of the display screen away from a display surface, the fingerprint sensor and the fingerprint driving unit are distributed at intervals, and the fingerprint sensor and the fingerprint driving unit are electrically connected to the first circuit board through the second connecting portion.
