Further, the first and second bus contacts are positioned on non-lateral surfaces of the input/output device module, the first and second contacts include spring-loaded connectors, the first and second contacts include two-prong or three-prong forks, or the input/output device module is a terminal block.
Structure and method for preventing terminal screen from being damaged during falling
A structure for preventing a terminal screen from being damaged during falling comprises a terminal body, and an air channel and a sensor that are disposed in the terminal body. A fan is disposed in the air channel. The sensor is electrically connected to the fan by using a main control chip in the terminal body. The sensor can receive a signal indicating that the terminal body falls to the ground and control the fan to be turned on or turned off by using the main control chip. An air inlet and an air outlet are respectively formed at two ends of the air channel. The air outlet of the air channel is formed on the terminal body. The structure can relieve a force generated when the terminal screen hits the ground during falling.
Coupling unit and industrial control system
A coupling unit for an industrial control system has two module connections for making electrical contact with control modules, a field connection for making electrical contact with an industrial field device, a data transmission medium for the transmission of communication data, and a signal transmission medium for the transmission of field signals. Each of the two module connections comprise electrical contact elements which form a communication signal region and a field signal region. Contact elements of the communication signal regions of each of the two module connections are connected in an electrically conductive manner to the data transmission medium, and contact elements of the field signal regions of each of the two module connections are connected to the field connection via the signal transmission medium.
Adaptable automation control module with integrated power bus distributor

Terminal assembly module for connecting an industrial controller to pre-existing I/O wiring
A terminal assembly module is provided that simplifies the transfer of I/O wiring from a pre-existing industrial controller to a replacement industrial controller. The terminal assembly module replaces an I/O module in the pre-existing industrial controller chassis. The I/O module terminal block, with I/O wiring maintained intact, is removed from the discarded I/O module and installed on the terminal assembly module. A multi-conductor cable is then plugged into a cable connector on the front of the terminal assembly module, which electrically connects the I/O module terminals to the conductors of the cable. The cable conductors can then be connected to the I/O modules of the new industrial controller. Thus, the terminal assembly module eliminates the need to disconnect the existing I/O wiring from the I/O module terminal blocks of the pre-existing industrial controller.
