The heat dissipation system includes a liquid-cooling heat dissipation device and an air-cooling heat dissipation device. The liquid-cooling heat dissipation device includes a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, and a liquid-cooling pipe between them, wherein liquid-cooling medium flows inside the liquid-cooling pipe and takes away heat generated by components arranged around the liquid-cooling pipe; The air-cooling heat dissipation device includes an air inlet, an air outlet, and an air-cooling channel between them, wherein airflow passes through the air-cooling channel and takes away heat generated by components arranged around the air-cooling channel. The disclosure conducts hybrid heat dissipation combining characteristics of liquid-cooling heat dissipation and air-cooling heat dissipation to effectively enhance heat dissipation efficiency, and provides a new choice for design of a power supply unit with high power density.
Acoustic air pump
A cooling device generating unidirectional air flow to cool an electrical component. The cooling device is an equivalent of an electrical acoustic diode to make air flow only one direction. A speaker generates air flow in a first passageway to a cavity, and then expels air out from the cavity through a second passageway. An electrical component is cooled by the air flow, and may be positioned adjacent the passageways, or positioned in the cavity. In one example, eyewear having an electrical component positioned in a temple is cooled by the cooling device.
HEAT EXCHANGER PACKAGE FOR A DRY-TYPE TRANSFORMER
A heat exchanger package for a dry-type transformer is provided. The heat exchanger package includes a package housing including an air inlet and an air outlet and adapted to fix to the dry-type transformer; and a first heat exchanger located in the package housing and between the air inlet and the air outlet, the first heat exchanger arranged at a first angle of inclination with respect to a first inner surface of the package housing.
POWER ELECTRONIC COOLING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Thermal monitoring and analysis of conditions in a power electronic system include sensing of thermal parameters of interest, such as temperature and humidity in an enclosure housing power electronic components. The components are cooled by a liquid coolant flow from a chiller through chiller plates associated with the power electronic components. Air is circulated through the enclosure for heat rejection from the chiller plates. Based on the sensed parameters, factors such as relative humidity and dew point of the cooling air may be computed and evaluated to determine the potential for condensation. Alarms, notices, or recommendations may be output for regulation of the chiller to avoid condensation. The system may also provide for evaluation of installation errors, and degradation of performance over time.
ADAPTER WITH HEAT DISSIPATION LAYER
An adapter with a heat dissipation layer applied in locations of high electric current and provided for using in high-current electrical appliances, the adapter is provided with a heat dissipation fan on one side or on two sides at the same time, the heat dissipation fan is activated by a small amount of electric power from the adapter, so that the heat dissipation fan is capable of performing heat dissipation function for the adapter, and a guide rod in the adapter is sleeved with an embossed heat dissipation layer, which makes the adapter's heat dissipation effect better, thereby preventing the adapter from deteriorating due to high heat, maintaining product stability, prolonging service life, and reducing work accidents.
