To this end, a plate including a porous member having both a heat-dissipation function and an impact absorption function is disposed under a display panel. The plate can have both a heat-dissipation function and a cushion function with only a porous member without adding a separate heat-dissipation layer or cushion layer. Further, disclosed is a display apparatus in which a black screen is displayed while the display panel is not activated, thereby improving display quality. To this end, a black heat-dissipation layer is formed under the porous member such that the heat-dissipation performance and the display quality are improved.

A module for a digital display panel includes a circuit board, a first face of which presents a network of light emitting diodes. The module also includes a chassis fixed on a second face of the circuit board, and a water permeable connector mounted on the circuit board. The chassis includes a base around the water permeable connector, a top part of the base having at least one groove, wherein a seal is inserted. Further, the module includes a power supply unit fitted with a continuous voltage connector surrounded by a ferrite and fitted in the water permeable connector. The power supply unit is attached to the chassis so that a lower plate of the power supply unit co-operates with the seal of the base to ensure a seal around the water permeable connector and the DC voltage connector of the power supply unit.

The display device includes: a silicon-based organic light-emitting display panel, including a silicon substrate, a first electrode of a display element, an organic light-emitting layer, and a second electrode of the display element that are stacked sequentially; a flexible printed circuit board electrically connected to the silicon substrate; and a heat dissipation layer on a non-display side of the silicon-based organic light-emitting display panel, extending to the flexible printed circuit board to cover at least a part of the flexible printed circuit board. A gate drive circuit, a data drive circuit, and a pixel circuit are integrated on the silicon substrate, and the flexible printed circuit board is configured to transmit electrical signals to the gate drive circuit, the data drive circuit, and the second electrode of the display element.

According to the present invention, it is possible to minimize heat transfer towards the display panel by including a module cover where a forming area is provided to keep a distance from a plate.
