ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY, CUSHIONING AND WELL-WRAPPING POPCORN BRIDGING SHOES AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF
A pair of environment-friendly popcorn bridging shoes and a production process thereof are provided. The upper of each bridging shoe comprises an inner bootie, which is composed of a lining and an inner pad formed by single injection molding, and a vamp; the collar of the inner bootie is fixedly connected with that of the vamp, and the lower edge of the vamp wrapped by a PU bridging layer extends to the bottom surface of the inner pad fixedly connected with the same; the upper and a popcorn sole made of mixed PU and TPU popcorn particles are integrally connected by the PU bridging layer. The shoe making process is simpler, and firmer bonding and better shock absorbing performance of the shoes are achieved; the vamp and the sole can well wrap the foot; and the dissolution proportion of shoes is increased by increasing the consumption of the PU material.
COMPREHENSIVE WRAPPING AND ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY SHOES AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF
Comprehensive wrapping and environment-friendly shoes and a production process thereof are provided. Each shoe comprises an upper and a sole. The upper includes an inner bootie and a vamp; the inner bootie includes a lining and a PU inner pad which are connected; the collars of the inner bootie and the vamp are connected, and the vamp lower edge extends to the inner pad bottom surface and is connected therewith. The making process is simple and can save sole laying and insole assembly procedures and simplify the upper marking procedure; the inner bootie enables the upper and the sole to be completely attached to a last, realizes good wearing comfort and barefoot feeling, achieves maximum sports shock absorbing and assisting function and comfortably wraps the foot. By reducing EVA & RB materials and increasing PU material, the dissolution proportion of the shoes is increased, and the shoes are more environment-friendly.

Method of vacuum forming a footwear upper
A method of making an article of footwear may include applying an environmental pressure differential across a sheet of upper material to conform the sheet of upper material to a portion of a footwear last, thereby forming at least a portion of an upper of the article of footwear. In addition, the method may include assembling the article of footwear including fixedly attaching the upper of the article of footwear to a sole structure.

Methods of bladder molding at least a portion of an upper for an article of footwear
Methods for manufacturing at least a portion of an upper for an article of footwear that include thermo-forming a pattern on the upper. The methods may include disposing a skin for forming an upper over and inflatable bladder and disposing a mold insert between the skin and a surface of a mold cavity. The mold insert may include a mold pattern including surface features formed in the mold insert. The inflatable bladder may be inflated such that the skin is pressed against the mold insert within a heated mold cavity to form a pattern on an exterior surface of the skin and cause the skin to take on the shape of at least a portion of an upper. In some embodiments, the surface features may be disposed in a gradient pattern configured to provide varying degrees of one or more characteristics to different areas of an upper.

HYDRAULIC/PNEUMATIC FOOTWEAR MOLDING DEVICE
A hydraulic/pneumatic footwear molding device includes a foot shaped elastic capsule filling of fluid, pressurized by a pressurizing unit sealed and connected at the rear end of the elastic capsule. The elastic capsule is placed in the inner cavity of a lattice frame. When the liquid is used as the internal fluid medium of the elastic capsule and the pressurizing unit is in the form of an electric heating device capable of moving up and down, not only the pressurization of the liquid can be realized by the up-down movement of pressurizing unit to expand the elastic capsule, but also the heat molding can be achieved by heating the liquid as an electric iron.
