A tape ejection guide structure (8) is a structure which guides ejection of a component storing tape (100) ejected from a tape ejection port (23) of a component supply unit (1A), and includes a guide body (81), and a pair of restraining portions (83). The guide body (81) guides an upper surface portion (100A) of the component storing tape (100) which is ejected from the tape ejection port (23) in a tape ejection direction (H2). A pair of restraining portions (83) is connected to both end portions of the guide body (81) in a tape width direction (H3) respectively, and restrains the displacement in the tape width direction (H3) of the component storing tape (100) which is ejected in a state where the upper surface (100A) is guided by the guide body (81).

Specifically, the motor control section changes the operation parameter of the motor so as to reduce the motor torque as the tape remaining amount on the reel decreases, based on the tape remaining amount information detected by the sensor.

Component mounter, component supply reel driving method

The unloading operation of winding the carrier tape on the component supply reel by driving the component supply reel to extract the component supply reel from the tape feeder is performed. That is, the carrier tape removed from the tape feeder is wound on the component supply reel. Thus, it is possible to suppress the interference of the preceding tape removed from the tape feeder with the succeeding tape.

An angle sensor of a tape feeder includes a magnetic body that rotates in conjunction with the rotation of a sprocket, a magnetic sensor that outputs a detection signal corresponding to the angle of the magnetic body with respect to the feeder main body, and an angle calculating section that performs offset processing for adjusting an origin of the detection signal using a preset offset value, gain processing that adjusts the magnitude of the detection signal using a preset gain value, and that calculates the angle of the magnetic body based on the adjusted detection signal. The control device performs correction processing for correcting at least one of the offset value or the gain value based on the detected signals outputted from the magnetic sensor.

A component supply device includes a plurality of kinds of tape feeders capable of mounting a first component storing tape by which supplying of components is performed precedingly, and a second component storing tape by which supplying of components is performed succeedingly; a component sensor configured to detect runout of the components in the first component storing tape; and a control unit configured to control a tape feeding operation. A specified discharge length by which the first component storing tape is discharged at the time of occurrence of the runout of the components is preliminarily set for each kind of the tape feeder. The control unit is configured to make the tape feeder perform a tape feeding operation for feeding the first component storing tape by the specified discharge length when the component sensor detects the runout of the components in the first component storing tape.

The feeder is configured to receive correction values for sets of the multiple pickup members, set a target feeding amount for the number of sets based on the received correction values for the number of sets, and sequentially feed components for the number of sets in a predetermined direction with each set target feeding amount. The control device is configured to acquire a positional deviation amount of the multiple pickup members in the predetermined direction for each set, and transmit the correction values for the number of sets based on the acquired positional deviation amount for the number of sets to the feeder so that the feeder collectively receives the correction values for the number of sets at a predetermined timing.

Feeder management device and component-mounting system provided with same

The feeder management device is a device that manages selection of a tape feeder to be set at each set position defined for each component in a component feeding unit of a component-mounting device. The feeder management device includes a memory unit and a feeder selection management unit. The memory unit stores list information indicating, for each component, whether or not to use a tape feeder of a special type among a plurality of tape feeders different in method of supplying the component storage tape, the tape feeder of the special type supplying the component storage tape easily. The feeder selection management unit refers to the list information stored in the memory unit, and manages selection of the tape feeder for each component, the selection corresponding to each set position in the component feeding unit of the component-mounting device.

Component verification system

A part verification system includes sensors for detecting tapes, a reader which reads identification information from a recording part provided to a reel, and a memory part which stores part verification information. The system further includes a part verification part which performs verification updating processing for determining whether or not the tape is mounted on the tape feeder at the set position corresponding to the identification information, and updating tape presence or absence information at the set position when the tape is mounted, a tape monitoring part for determining whether or not the tape is mounted with respect to each tape feeder during a period which differs from a period where the verification updating processing is performed, and a notification part which performs notification to request reading of the identification information relating to the tape from the recording part when the tape is mounted on the tape feeder.

Feeder management device and component-mounting system provided with same

A tape feeder management device includes a feeder classifying unit and a feeder arrangement setting unit. The feeder classifying unit classifies a plurality of tape feeders into a plurality of types of tape feeders. The feeder arrangement setting unit sets arrangement of the plurality of tape feeders in a component feeding unit, according to classification of the tape feeders made by the feeder classifying unit. The feeder arrangement setting unit includes a first setting unit. The first setting unit extracts a special type feeder classified as a tape feeder of a special type by the feeder classifying unit, and sets arrangement of the plurality of tape feeders such that a given reference number or more of the special type feeders are arranged consecutively in a row in an area of the component feeding unit, the area being defined by at least excluding both ends of the component feeding unit.
