A printed structure comprises a device comprising device electrical contacts disposed on a common side of the device and a substrate non-native to the device comprising substrate electrical contacts disposed on a surface of the substrate. At least one of the substrate electrical contacts has a rounded shape. The device electrical contacts are in physical and electrical contact with corresponding substrate electrical contacts. The substrate electrical contacts can comprise a polymer core coated with a patterned contact electrical conductor on a surface of the polymer core. A method of making polymer cores comprising patterning a polymer on the substrate and reflowing the patterned polymer to form one or more rounded shapes of the polymer and coating and then patterning the one or more rounded shapes with a conductive material.

Interposer

An interposer includes a housing having a plurality of through-holes penetrating a first surface and a second surface and a signal contact pair composed of a pair of signal contacts. Each of the signal contacts includes a base portion press-fitted in one of the through-holes, a first contact beam extending from the base portion beyond the first surface, and a second contact beam extending from the base portion beyond the second surface. The pair of signal contacts are positioned adjacently to each other widthwise and are each asymmetrical with respect to a width direction. A first minimum spacing between the first contact beams of the pair of signal contacts is narrower than a second minimum spacing between the base portions of the pair of signal contacts. The signal contact pair has a plane-symmetrical shape with respect to the width direction.

Solder ball dimension management

A solder ball assembly can include a first spring element having a first shape and formed from a first elastic electrically conductive material. The solder ball assembly can also include a second spring element having a second shape and formed from a second elastic electrically conductive material. The second spring element is mechanically attached to the first spring element to form a spring assembly. The solder ball can be configured to enclose the spring assembly.

An electrical interconnection system for electrical components of a module includes a hub printed circuit board (PCB) having a first electrically conductive track and a second electrically conductive track. Each of the first and second electrically conductive tracks is configured to electrically connect at least two of the electrical components of the module, wherein the at least two of the electrical components of the module are external to the hub PCB. The system also includes multiple electrical terminals, wherein each of the electrical terminals is configured to electrically connect one of the first and second electrically conductive tracks of the hub PCB to one of the at least two electrical components of the module.

The holder includes a connecting portion connected to the end portion of the printed circuit board, and a pair of arm portions extending from the connecting portion toward an outside of the printed circuit board and configured to sandwich a body portion of the capacitor from both sides in a thickness direction of the printed circuit board.

A magnetic component is located on the translation assembly, and a magnetic induction element is located on the circuit board.
