Scent devices and methods
Scent devices and methods are provided. In one embodiment, the present invention can be a device to scent an environment comprising a scent and a structural component. The scent stick can have a length to average cross-sectional diameter ratio of at least about 4:1 according to some embodiments. The scent stick can be colored to blend into an environmental setting to make the presence of the scent stick unobtrusive. The scent stick may also be attached or hung by the addition of a hanger or hoop. The scent stick may be hung from a tree, automobile mirror or a person as an adornment. Other embodiments are also described.
Vaporizing/discharging container, and flying insect pest repellent device using the vaporizing/discharging container
A vaporizing/discharging container 100 is provided that can properly vaporize and discharge a volatile substance in use, and prevent tampering by children, etc. The vaporizing/discharging container 100 for vaporizing and discharging a volatile substance into the outside, includes a main body 10 configured to contain the volatile substance, and a closure member 20 having a vapor discharging hole 21 for the volatile substance, and configured to be screwed and attached onto the main body 10. A pair of temporary lock mechanisms 30 (31, 32) configured to engage with each other so that resistance occurs against a direction in which the closure member 20 is rotated backward after the closure member 20 is screwed onto the main body 10, are provided between the closure member 20 and the main body 10, and at least one of the temporary lock mechanisms 30 (31, 32) is formed in the shape of steps.
SOLID AIR FRESHENER
The present invention relates to a solid pressed air freshener and odor neutralizer composition which can include greater than 10% fragrance. The air freshener comprises a fragrance; preferably the fragrance is impregnated within a water soluble substrate made from a foamed vegetable starch, a surfactant and a solidifier. The solid formulations break down easily in the presence of water and may be sprayed, within the area to be freshened.
Volatile diffuser pods and related systems
A system for diffusing one or more volatile compounds carried by a volatile compound mass is provided, including a base carrying a selectively activatable airflow generator and having a base outlet port defined therein. A resealable pod can include a tray and a cover, moveable relative to one another, and collectively defining a containment chamber that contains the volatile compound mass. The containment chamber has an inlet and an outlet, being openable and closeable by relative movement of the tray and the cover. The pod is positionable upon the base such that the base outlet port is in fluid communication with the chamber inlet to enable airflow generated by the airflow generator to pass through the base outlet port, the chamber inlet, the containment chamber, and the chamber outlet to thereby diffuse the one or more volatile compounds carried by the volatile compound mass.
Volatile composition dispenser with increased membrane exposure and volatile composition weight loss
A volatile composition dispenser includes a housing having an aperture and having opposing first and second walls that are joined along their peripheries to one another, where said second wall has a plurality of apertures; a volatile composition cartridge disposed within the housing between said first and second walls; and a gap, which exists between said volatile composition cartridge and a bottom surface of the housing, wherein said bottom surface is formed from a base portion of one or both of the first and second walls. Upon activation, the exposure percentage is greater than 40%.
New-generation fluid particle diffuser
A new-generation GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant hygienic fluid particle diffuser allowing to release the particles of fluids such as bottled drugs, extracts and natural oils by generating a particular pressure without any heating process without degrading the essence of the fluid thanks to a disposable fluid chamber.
Solid air freshener

Insect repellent fixture and method
A fixture (100) for gradually releasing a spatially effective semiochemical, for example a repellant. The fixture includes a slotted tube (140), that may be formed for example, from a porous material, a peripheral tube (102) having a plurality of apertures and disposed outward from the slotted tube, a base (110) that engages the slotted tube and the outer tube, a funnel member (160) that engages a top end of the slotted tube and the peripheral tube, and a cap (130). In an embodiment the base includes a lighting element (150).
TRANSPARENT POROUS SUSTAINED-RELEASE BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND KIT OF SUSTAINED-RELEASE BODY, SUSTAINED-RELEASE APPARATUS, AND SUSTAINED-RELEASE METHOD
The present invention provides a porous sustained-release body in which transparency of a porous carrier changes. The porous sustained-release body includes an inorganic monolithic porous body 1 including a skeleton body 2 of an inorganic compound and air gaps 3,4 having a three-dimensional continuous network structure formed in the skeleton body 2, and a sustained-release liquid absorbed into air gaps 2, 3, wherein the inorganic monolithic porous body 1 is opaque at an initial state, which is a state before absorption of the sustained-release liquid in which air exists in the air gaps, and refractive index of the sustained-release liquid and refractive index of the skeleton body are the same within an error range within which a portion in which the sustained-release liquid is absorbed into the air gaps changes to transparent or semitransparent.

A system for diffusing one or more volatile compounds carried by a volatile compound mass is provided, including a base carrying a selectively activatable airflow generator and having a base outlet port defined therein.
