A method for producing a wired circuit board including an insulating layer and a conductive pattern, including (1), providing the insulating layer having an inclination face; (2), providing a metal thin film at least on the surface of the insulating layer; (3), providing a photoresist on the surface of the metal thin film; (4), disposing a photomask so that a first portion, where the conductive pattern is provided in the photoresist, is shielded from light, and the photoresist is exposed to light through the photomask; (5), removing the first portion to expose the metal thin film corresponding to the first portion; and (6), providing the conductive pattern on the surface of the metal thin film exposed from the photoresist. The inclination face has a second portion that allows the light reflected at the metal thin film to reach the first portion.

A lens assembly includes a lens, a lens barrel, and a heater element. The lens has an inner surface and an outer surface. The lens barrel supports the lens and defines an optical axis, the lens arranged along the optical axis such that the inner surface of the lens is within the lens barrel and the outer surface of the lens is outside the lens barrel. The heater element is in intimate mechanical communication with the inner surface of the lens and has a heater element electrical lead extending radially therefrom to provide power to the heater element. CONTROL AND POWER MODULE FOR BRUSHLESS MOTOR

An electronic module is provided for a power tool having an electric motor. The module includes a module housing having a radial portion and a cylindrical portion extending from the radial portion away from the electric motor and defining an open end, a printed circuit board (PCB) received within the module housing through the open end thereof, power switches mounted on the PCB, and magnetic sensors mounted on the PCB facing the motor substantially equidistantly from a center of the PCB. The module housing includes openings disposed in the radial portion angularly around a center of the module housing to receive the magnetic sensors therein to allow the magnetic sensors to magnetically interface with the electric motor.

CONFORMAL MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR COMPLEX CURVED-SURFACE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM

The invention belongs to a related field of electronic manufacturing technology, and particularly relates to a conformal manufacturing device and a method for a complex curved-surface electronic system, the system includes a support platform and a six-degree-of-freedom spherical motor linkage platform, a 3D measurement module, a laser lift-off module, a curved-surface transfer printing module and a conformal jet printing module respectively mounted on the support platform and independently controllable, and specific structures and work modes of these key components are improved. The invention further discloses a corresponding manufacturing method. Through the invention, multiple process flows required in conformal manufacturing process of the complex curved-surface electronic system are effectively integrated into an integrated device, so as to realize conformal hybrid manufacturing of the rigid/flexible curved-surface electronic system with arbitrary area, and the invention has advantages of high precision, high efficiency and high automation, which greatly broadens the application scope of the curved-surface electronic manufacturing technology.

A standard electromechanical device may be converted to a constant-current controlled electromechanical device by exchanging the solenoid driver.

The multiple LED boards and interconnects must fit within a limited width and height of the illuminable assembly. In some implementations, an interconnect board and spring connectors are used to provide a low-profile electrical interconnection while maintaining co-planarity of the LEDs across the LED boards.
