SOLDER TRENCH
A printed circuit board structure is disclosed for providing reliable solderability for higher density component placement. The printed circuit board structure includes conductive points disposed on the surface of a printed circuit board which are separated by a channel disposed in the surface of the printed circuit board between the conductive points. The conductive points may be surface mount component terminal pads. The printed circuit board structure is particularly useful for overcoming component density limitations related to extremely miniaturized surface mount components known in the art.

The base board may define a groove, the embedded component can be disposed in the groove. The system may also include a plurality of electrically-conductive pads formed on a surface of the surface layer and a cable comprising a first signal conductor mechanically contacted to a first pad of the plurality of electrically-conductive pads and a first drain conductor mechanically contacted to the ground plane through the one or more openings.

A semiconductor device, a circuit board structure and a manufacturing forming thereof are provided. A circuit board structure includes a core layer, a first build-up layer and a second build-up layer. The first build-up layer and the second build-up layer are disposed on opposite sides of the core layer. The circuit board structure has a plurality of stress releasing trenches extending into the first build-up layer and the second build-up layer.
WIRING BOARD
A wiring board includes a pad configured to make an external electrical connection, and an insulating layer. A portion of a lower surface of the pad is covered with the insulating layer. The pad includes a base portion, and an extending portion formed integrally with the base portion and extending toward an outer periphery of a side surface of the base portion in a plan view at a lower end of the side surface of the base portion. The insulating layer is provided with a groove that is located in a periphery of the pad in the plan view, exposes a side surface of the pad, and opens to an upper surface of the insulating layer.

Disclosed are a display panel, a display device, and a terminal apparatus. The display panel comprises a display substrate having a backlight surface and a main flexible circuit board. The main flexible circuit board comprises a connection section, a fixed section and a test section. The connection section is arranged on the backlight surface, and has an outer peripheral surface comprising a first side and a second side opposite to each other. The fixed section is attached and fixed onto the backlight surface, and having one end connected to the first side and another end extending towards an end of the first side away from the second side. The test section has one end connected to the first side, and another end comprising a connection port.
Wall for isolation enhancement
A circuit assembly is provided and includes a printed circuit board (PCB) having a circuit element region and defining a trench surrounding an entirety of the circuit element region, a circuit element disposed within the circuit element region of the PCB; and a Faraday wall. The Faraday wall includes a solid, unitary body having a same shape as the trench. The Faraday wall is disposed within the trench to surround an entirety of the circuit element.

Circuit board and manufacturing method thereof
A circuit board includes at least two circuit board units stacked together. Each circuit board unit includes a substrate and a circuit layer. The substrate defines a conductive hole penetrating therethrough. The conductive hole provided with a conductor therein. One side of the substrate further defines a groove, the groove including a concave portion aligned with the conductive hole. The circuit layer includes a connection pad located in the concave portion. The connection pad is shaped as a conductive protrusion, which surrounds and is electrically connected to the conductor. The circuit layer is located in the groove, and the conductive hole is electrically connecting the circuit layers of the circuit board units.
