A circuit carrier is configured to be mounted to a battery system. The circuit carrier includes a circuit carrier board having a first region, a second region, and a third region. The first region is configured to receive a shunt resistor, the third region is configured to receive further electronic components, and the first region and the third region being separated from each other by the second region. The second region is a flexible connection between the first region and the third region and includes a spring-like structure formed from the circuit carrier board.

A busbar module includes: a plurality of busbars that are fixed to a plurality of battery cells of a battery module including the plurality of battery cells; and a plate-like flexible circuit body that includes a plurality of connection conductors corresponding to the plurality of busbars, in which the circuit body includes a trunk portion extending in a first direction in which the plurality of battery cells are arranged, and a plurality of branch portions branching from the trunk portion and connected to the busbars, the circuit body includes a first circuit layer and a second circuit layer, and the branch portion has a thin portion composed of any one of the first circuit layer and the second circuit layer, and connects the trunk portion and the busbar in a state where the thin portion is flexurally deformed.

A flexible circuit member, a preparation method thereof, and a battery apparatus are provided. The flexible circuit member includes an extension unit having a first body portion, a second body portion, and a stacking portion connected between the first and second body portions. The stacking portion has at least two layers due to the folding processing. A first end of the extension unit in a long-axis direction is an end portion of the first body portion that is not connected to the stacking portion. A second end of the extension unit in the long-axis direction is an end portion of the second body portion that is not connected to the stacking portion. A conductive wire harness for electrical signal transmission extends from the first end to the second end. After the stacking portion is unfolded, a distance between the first and second ends in the long-axis direction decreases.

BATTERY PACK PROTECTION CIRCUIT MODULE
A secondary battery pack comprises a battery and a protection circuit module (PCM), a pair of electrodes of the battery being connected to a protection circuit board (PCB) forming part of the PCM such that the electrode connections are located on a face of the PCB other than a major face that receives PCM components thereon. In some embodiments, the PCM components are mounted on one of a pair of major faces of the PCB, the electrode connections being located on the opposite one of the major faces. In other embodiments, the electrode connections are located on a peripheral edge face that extends transversely between the pair of major outer faces of the PCB. The spatial arrangement of the electrode connections and the PCM components on the PCB is such that substantially the entirety of one major outer face of the PCB is available for the placement of PCM components.
