Electric motor controller
A board includes a separating zone in an area closer to the edge than to the center of the board, the separating zone including one elongated through hole. A first group of electronic components that is a source of heat or electric noise is placed in a first area on the center side with respect to the separating zone of the board. On the other hand, a second group of electronic components from which influence of heat or electric noise from other components needs to be eliminated to a maximum extent is placed in a second area on the edge side with respect to the separating zone of the board.
CAPACITOR SUBSTRATE UNIT FOR OPENING/CLOSING MODULE
To downsize a power smoothing capacitor substrate unit for opening/closing modules configured to convert a low-voltage DC power to AC power to drive a three-phase AC motor. A plurality of unit capacitors (101) being a conductive polymer aluminum electrolytic capacitor are connected between a positive-side first conductive plate (10P0) connected to a positive-side power supply terminal (125P) and a negative-side second conductive plate (10N) connected to a negative-side power supply terminal (124N), and three or more capacitor rows are arranged for each of three pairs of divided power supply terminal blocks (130B) connected to the opening/closing modules (90B) and one or more capacitor rows are arranged between the terminal blocks. Accordingly, ripple currents in a large number of capacitors connected in parallel to each other are equalized to prevent a temperature increase in each capacitor.
Printed circuit board with embedded coil and position sensor
A camera may include a printed circuit board (PCB) that may include at least one coil and at least one position sensor. The coil may be embedded at least partially inside the PCB at a first side of the PCB, whilst the position sensor may be attached to the PCB at a second side opposite the first side. The PCB may include an aperture through the PCB at a location corresponding to the position sensor to enhance sensing of the position sensor. The PCB may further include at least one recess inside which the position sensor may be attached to the PCB.
MOTOR AND DISK DRIVE APPARATUS
This motor includes a base and a circuit board arranged on a lower surface of the base. The base includes a first annular portion and a second annular portion. The first annular portion is arranged under a stator. The second annular portion is arranged under a flange portion of a hub. A conducting wire drawn out from the stator is arranged to pass through a through hole defined in the first annular portion, and is soldered to a land portion of the circuit board. The second annular portion is arranged to have an axial thickness smaller than that of the first annular portion. The land portion is arranged radially inward of the through hole. The above arrangement makes it easier to achieve a reduced axial dimension of the motor while ensuring a sufficient axial dimension of the hub, which is arranged axially above the second annular portion.
Electronic component mounting substrate, motor, air-conditioning apparatus, and method for manufacturing the electronic component mounting substrate
An electronic component mounting substrate includes an electronic component mounted on a surface of a substrate, an electrode portion disposed on the surface of the substrate and electrically connected to the electronic component, a lead wire connected to the electrode portion, and an encapsulation resin configured to encapsulate a part of the lead wire, the electronic component, and the electrode portion. A surface of at least the part of the lead wire encapsulated by the encapsulation resin and the surface of the substrate are coated with a deposited film.
Automatic rewinding apparatus including abrasion-resistant rotation axis
An automatic rewinding apparatus with an abrasion-resistant rotation axis includes: a main base lower housing including a cylindrical fixing axis at a center; a PCB substrate penetrated by the fixing axis and combined with the main base lower housing; a contact terminal coupling plate; a middle base coil housing including: a sub-base lower housing, a cylindrical winding bobbin, a sub-base upper housing, and an abrasion-resistance improving insert disposed on internal circumferential surfaces of punctured centers of the sub-base lower housing, the winding bobbin and the sub-base upper housing; a rolling elastic member with elasticity; grease cover plates on both sides of the rolling elastic member; a cap for covering the opening of the sub-base upper housing and combination with the sub-base upper housing; a stopper ball; and a main base upper housing combined with the main base lower housing and covering a second side where the track of the cap.
AXIAL FLOW FAN AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An axial flow fan includes a fan frame and an impeller received in the fan frame. The fan frame includes a base shell and a flange being formed on the base shell. The base shell further includes an air inlet facing away from the flange. The flange includes a first air outlet. The flange further includes a second air outlet. Air flows through the second air outlet in a direction perpendicular to the air flowing through the first air outlet.
Electric motor and electric circuit
An electric motor, in particular a printed circuit board, having a stator, and a linearly guided rotor. On the rotor, a bolt ring having a number of bolts is attached. A cycloidal disc is connected in engagement to the bolt ring. An electrical circuit is also provided having a printed circuit board and an electric motor which is attached to the circuit board.
POWER TOOL PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD INCLUDING EMBEDDED BUSBARS
A power tool that includes a motor and a printed circuit board (PCB). The motor includes a rotor and a stator. The stator includes a plurality of stator terminals. The PCB is electrically connected to the stator. The PCB includes a switch and an embedded busbar. A first end of the embedded busbar is electrically connected to the switch. The embedded busbar extends away from the PCB. A second end of the embedded busbar electrically connects to a stator terminal of the plurality of stator terminals for providing power to the motor using the switch. The embedded bus bar is embedded between two layers of the printed circuit board.
Switch module for a power tool
An electronic switch module includes a circuit board having conductive pads coupled to a power source and a sense pad coupled to an output signal; and a variable-speed actuator assembly having an actuator positioned adjacent a side edge of the circuit board and moveable along a movement axis, a plunger coupled to the actuator, and a conductive wiper secured to the plunger in contact with the circuit board.
