The electronic device includes a display panel, a first connection member on which a display driver integrated circuit (DDIC) configured to control the display panel is disposed, a first contact point part disposed on the first connection member, a second contact point part spaced apart from the first contact point part in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and disposed on the first contact point part, a second connection member disposed adjacent to the first connection member, a third contact point part arranged in the first direction and is disposed on the first layer of the second connection member to be connected to the first contact point part, and a fourth contact point part arranged in the first direction and is arranged on the second layer of the second connection member to be connected to the second contact point part.

This invention provides an electro-optical module with reduced noise in driving voltage. The invention can include a power supply substrate that is arranged separately from the flexible substrate having a driver, so that the noise of the driving voltage supplied from the power supply substrate is reduced. The electro-optical module includes a first connecting portion connecting a first end of the flexible substrate to a display panel and configured to receive a signal from the driver, and a second connecting portion connecting the first end of the flexible substrate to the display panel and configured to receive the driving voltage from a third connecting portion at a second end of the flexible substrate.

The flexible printed circuit includes a main sub-circuit board and a bridge sub-circuit board; the main sub-circuit board includes a first substrate, and a first bridge end, a second bridge end, a first wiring portion, and a second wiring portion on the first substrate, the first wiring portion and the second wiring portion are spaced apart from each other and are electrically connected to the first bridge end and the second bridge end, respectively; the bridge sub-circuit board includes a second substrate, and a third bridge end, a fourth bridge end, and a third wiring portion for a first functional wiring line on the second substrate, the third bridge end and the fourth bridge end are electrically connected by the third wiring portion, the first substrate and the second substrate are not in direct contact, and the bridge sub-circuit board is configured to be mounted on the main sub-circuit board by electrically connecting the third bridge end and the fourth bridge end to the first bridge end and the second bridge end, respectively. The wiring layout of the flexible printed circuit is simple and is easy to be manufactured.

A display device includes a substantially rigid display panel, a printed circuit board spaced apart from the display panel in a first direction and having at least one angled portion, a flexible member having a first portion connected to the display panel and a second portion spaced from the first portion, the second portion being connected to a first portion of the printed circuit board, and a support attached to the display panel and the printed circuit board to support the printed circuit board.

The display panel comprises a bonding area and an active area; a flexible printed circuit board, the flexible printed circuit board being arranged on a side, away from the active area, of the bonding area, and comprising a display signal line which extends in a first direction and is electrically connected to the bonding area; and a touch driving line and a signal receiving line, the touch driving line and the signal receiving line being connected to the flexible printed circuit board from the active area via the bonding area, and the display signal line not overlapping with the touch driving line or the signal receiving line.

According to various embodiments, an electronic device may include a housing, and a display disposed to at least part of the housing. The display may include a display panel including at least one pixel, and a substrate layer disposed below the display panel. The substrate layer may include a bendable connecting area extending to the outside of the display panel. The display may further include a display driving circuit disposed to one face of the connecting area, a Flexible Printed Circuit Board (FPCB) electrically coupled with at least part of the connecting area and including a contact area to which a conductor electrically coupled with a ground portion of the electronic device is exposed, and a shielding member electrically coupled with the contact area. The shielding member may be disposed on the FPCB and one face of the connecting area to cover at least part of the display driving circuit. Various other embodiments may also be possible.
DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY MODULE
A display panel and a display module are disclosed. The display panel includes a second lead wire disposed corresponding to a first lead wire in an intersecting arrangement and insulated from the first lead wire. A first projection area is defined by a projection of the first lead wire projected on the second lead wire, and a second projection area is defined by a projection of the second lead wire projected on the first lead wire. A via hole is disposed in the first projection area or the second projection area. The display panel is configured to mitigate capacitance interference between the first lead wire and the second lead wire, and to further improve display performance of the display panel.
