The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, a conductive element, an extending element and an insulating layer. The substrate includes an edge, the conductive element is disposed on the substrate, the extending element is disposed corresponding to at least a portion of the conductive element and extends to the edge of the substrate, and the insulating layer separates the conductive element and the extending element.

A display device includes the following elements: a base substrate having an active area and a non-active area; a plurality of pads disposed on the non-active area; and a printed circuit disposed on the plurality of pads. The printed circuit may include the following elements: a support layer; a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer respectively disposed on two opposite surfaces of the support layer. The second conductive layer may include the following elements: a first conductive member; a second conductive member; and a space between the first conductive member and the second conductive member. The first conductive member and the second conductive member may be electrically connected to the first conductive layer through contact holes. A side surface of the base substrate may be positioned between two edges of the space in a direction parallel to the support layer.

A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a main FPCB including a plurality of LEDs in a block unit on one surface and a connector connected to the LEDs on the other surface, a sub-FPCB connected to the connector of the main FPCB, and a cover bottom in which the main FPCB is disposed and the sub-FPCB is connected to the outside through an open area. In each block, the plurality of LEDs is disposed in series by a plurality of first connection electrodes and second connection electrodes. Also, wherein the first and second via holes are disposed within the blocks, and one end of the first connection electrode and one end of the second connection electrode are exposed by a first via hole and a second via hole. Therefore, it is possible to reduce a routing area and a bezel area.

A display apparatus includes a display panel including a display region, a non-display region adjacent to the display region, and a pixel that provides light to the display region, a thermal spreading sheet disposed below the display panel and including a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer, the second layer having a thermal conductivity less than a thermal conductivity of the first layer, and an adhesive layer disposed between the thermal spreading sheet and the display panel and including a light absorbing material. The first layer and the third layer each have a horizontal thermal resistance in a range of about 1 K/J to about 20 K/J, and the second layer has a vertical thermal resistance in a range of about 500 K/J to about 2000 K/J.

A display device includes: a circuit substrate including a plurality of pixel circuit units and a plurality of pads on a first surface thereof, the plurality of pads being electrically connected to the pixel circuit units; a display substrate on the circuit substrate and including a plurality of light emitting elements electrically connected to the pixel circuit units; a circuit board on the circuit substrate and including a plurality of circuit board pads electrically connected to the pads; a heat dissipation substrate on a second surface of the circuit substrate, the second surface being opposite to the first surface; and a cover substrate on the heat dissipation substrate and partially overlapping the circuit substrate and the circuit board. Each of the plurality of pads is in direct contact with at least one of the plurality of circuit board pads.

Flexible display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

A flexible display apparatus includes a panel that includes a display area that displays images and a fan-out portion in which a plurality of wirings connected to the display area are located, and a driving chip connected to the fan-out portion and connected to the display area via the plurality of wirings. The plurality of wirings arranged in the fan-out portion may include first wirings at a first layer on the panel and second wirings at a second layer that is different from the first layer. The first wirings and the second wirings may be in an overlapping relationship above and below each other.
