PRINTED-CIRCUIT BOARD
A printed-circuit board includes: a film-shaped thermoplastic base member having plasticity; a pattern fuse formed from a metal foil layer provided on a principal surface of the base member; a cover member covering at least part of the pattern fuse from an opposite side of the base member; and a first heat-resistant protection film provided on a region overlapping with at least part of the pattern fuse and covering the pattern fuse from a cover member side.
POWER DISTRIBUTOR OF AN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A power distributor of an electrical system of a motor vehicle, including a circuit board, which has a main connection to a main circuit and multiple secondary connections. Each secondary connection is assigned to one secondary circuit and electrically contacted with the main connection via a circuit breaker having two connections. The connections of each circuit breaker are electrically contacted directly with the circuit board. The invention also relates to a circuit breaker.
BATTERY INTERCONNECTS
Provided are interconnects for interconnecting a set of battery cells, assemblies comprising these interconnects, methods of forming such interconnects, and methods of forming such assemblies. An interconnect includes a conductor comprising two portions electrically isolated from each other. At least one portion may include two contacts for connecting to battery cells and a fuse forming an electrical connection between these two contacts. The interconnect may also include an insulator adhered to the conductor and mechanically supporting the two portions of the conductor. The insulator may include an opening such that the fuse overlaps with this opening, and the opening does not interfere with operation of the fuse. In some embodiments, the fuse may not directly interface with any other structures. Furthermore, the interconnect may include a temporary substrate adhered to the insulator such that the insulator is disposed between the temporary substrate and the conductor.
Fuse pad, printed circuit board having the fuse pad, and method of the printed circuit board
Disclosed are a fuse pad, a printed circuit board having the fuse pad, and a method of manufacturing the printed circuit board. The fuse pad includes a first pad provided at one side of a fuse, a second pad provided at an opposite side of the fuse, and a measurement pad electrically connected to the second pad to measure whether the fuse is detached.
Protection ensemble
The invention relates to a protection ensemble, comprising a circuit breaker, and a surge protector device, wherein the circuit breaker and the surge protector device have an interface, wherein the surge protector device comprises a monitoring device and, upon recognizing a fault condition by the monitoring device, the circuit breaker can be tripped by means of the interface.
POWER CONVERSION DEVICE
The power conversion device includes: a main circuit having first and second wiring layers formed respectively on both surfaces of a base board, mounted parts mounted on the first and second wiring layers, and first and second GND layers formed respectively, between external- and internal-layer portions of the base board and in regions corresponding to the mounted parts each being a mounted part which forms a circuit other than a circuit having an inductance component as a lumped constant, and to the first and second wiring layers; and a cooler attached to the base board by means of fixing screws through a first through-hole created in an end portion of the board; wherein the first and second GND layers are each formed so that creepage distance is created around a second through-hole in which a lead insertion part that mutually connects the first and second wiring layers is inserted.
Connection Structure Including Circuit Body and Conductive Body
A connection structure includes: a circuit body including a flexible printed circuit having a wiring pattern; and a conductive body connected to a mounting surface of the circuit body using a solder. The conductive body has a pair of connection portions opposed to each other and extending along the mounting surface. The solder forms solder fillets located around the pair of the connection portions and extending along the mounting surface. A first fillet width of one solder fillet among the solder fillets located in an inside region between the pair of the connection portions is larger than a second fillet width of another one solder among the solder fillets located in an outside region on an opposite side to the inside region across the connection portions.
Electronic device with built in fuse
An electronic device that includes an intermediate connection layer interposed between a wiring substrate with a pair of land electrodes and an electronic component. The intermediate connection layer has first and second connection electrodes formed on the surface of a base. A fuse part is formed inside the second connection electrode between a main conductor part thereof opposed to a first external electrode of the electronic component and a main conductor part of the first connection electrode opposed to a second external electrode of the electronic component.
Electronic module having a fuse in a power tool
An electronic module for a power tool having an electric motor is provided including a printed circuit board (PCB), an inverter bridge circuit, a first conductive track disposed on the PCB and coupled to the power source, a second conductive track disposed on the PCB and coupled to the inverter bridge circuit, and a fuse strap provided between the first conductive track and the second conductive track. The fuse strap includes a main body spaced apart from the PCB, a first mounting portion mounted on the first conductive track via a first solder joint, and a second mounting portion mounted on the second conductive track via a second solder joint.
