HIGH POWERED RF PART FOR IMPROVED MANUFACTURABILITY
An electrical component, such as an RF device or thermal bridge, for use with a printed circuit board. The component may include a first dielectric layer having a top and a bottom, and a first conductive trace positioned on the bottom of the first dielectric layer. The component may also include a first ground layer positioned on the bottom of the first dielectric layer and spaced apart from the first conductive trace and a first solder layer connecting the first conductive trace to a second conductive trace of the printed circuit board and extending the full length of the first conductive trace. The component may also include a third conductive trace over the top of the first dielectric layer. The component may also include a pad under the first dielectric layer. The pad is soldered to a signal contact region of the printed circuit board. The third conductive trace is coupled to signal outputs formed by the signal contact region of the printed circuit board through a first via. The component may also include a second solder layer connecting the first ground layer of the component to a second ground layer positioned on the printed circuit board.
STRUCTURE OF MEMORY MODULE AND MODIFICATION METHOD OF MEMORY MODULE
An improved memory module structure includes a printed circuit board, memory units disposed on the printed circuit board, and a connection interface disposed on the printed circuit board for connection with an electronic device. The printed circuit board includes a solder pad zone having solder pads electrically connected with the memory units and the connection interface. A conduction element is combined with the solder pad zone or at least one conductor line electrically connected, in the form of bridge connection, the solder pads, in order to have the solder pads electrically connected. A memory module modification method is also provided, including removing a register from an existing dual inline memory module to expose a solder pad zone, and disposing of a conduction element or arranging a conductor line to have the memory units and the connection interface of electrically connected to thereby form an improved memory module structure.

A method of manufacturing a display substrate and a display substrate motherboard. The method of manufacturing the display substrate includes: providing a base substrate including a first main surface and a second main surface opposite to each other and divided into at least one active region and a dummy region located around the active region; forming a magnetic layer on at least one of the first main surface within the dummy region and the second main surface; and forming an element layer on the first main surface.
Tamper-respondent assembly with interconnect characteristic(s) obscuring circuit layout
Tamper-respondent assemblies and methods of fabrication are provided which include at least one tamper-respondent sensor and a detector. The at least one tamper-respondent sensor includes conductive lines which form, at least in part, at least one tamper-detect network of the tamper-respondent sensor(s). In addition, the tamper-respondent sensor(s) includes at least one interconnect element associated with one or more conductive lines of the conductive lines forming, at least in part, the tamper-detect network(s). The interconnect element(s) includes at least one interconnect characteristic selected to facilitate obscuring a circuit lay of the at least one tamper-detect network. The at least one interconnect element is undetectable by x-ray, and the conductive lines are detectable by x-ray. In operation, the detector monitors the tamper-detect network(s) of the tamper-respondent sensor(s) for a tamper event.
