The edge card can include a printed circuit board (PCB) comprising a first end and a second end, the first end comprising a plurality of metal contact fingers configured to interface with an edge connector, and the second end comprising a through-hole configured to mate with a post of a screw, the PCB further comprising an aperture proximate the second end of the PCB. The PCB can also include a thermal conduction element secured to the PCB, the thermal conduction element supporting an integrated circuit package, the integrated circuit package received by the aperture, wherein the thermal conduction element contacts the PCB proximate the through-hole and the thermal conduction element is configured to conduct heat from the integrated circuit towards the second portion of the printed circuit board.
Method for manufacturing a circuit
A method for manufacturing a circuit, in particular of a hearing aid, in which method a printed circuit board is made available with a first region and with a second region which are separated by means of a boundary. A component is mounted on the printed circuit board, wherein the component is positioned on the boundary. The first region is covered by means of a mask which has an edge, wherein the edge is positioned on the component, and the printed circuit board is provided with a coating. The coating is cut away in the region of the component and the mask is removed.
Inductor structure mounted on PCB board and voltage regulator module having the same
The present disclosure discloses an inductor structure mounted on a PCB board and a voltage regulator module having the same. The inductor structure includes an inductor core and an inductor winding. The PCB board is provided with at least one hollow part, and the inductor structure further comprises a plurality of copper strips used as the inductor windings of the inductor structure. The copper strips are spaced apart in the hollow part so as to form a plurality of through holes, and the leg of the inductor core is correspondingly inserted into the through hole at the corresponding position of the hollow part.

Inductor component and method for manufacturing the same
An inductor component 1a includes a resin layer 3 and an inductor electrode 6. The inductor electrode 6 includes metal pins 7a to 7d that extend in the resin layer 3 with upper end surfaces thereof exposed from the upper surface 3a of the resin layer 3, and upper wiring plates 8a and 8b that are disposed on the upper surface 3a of the resin layer 3 and that connect upper end surfaces of the short metal pins 7a and 7c and upper end surfaces of the long metal pins 7b and 7d to each other. In this case, the inductor electrode 6 is formed of the metal pins 7a to 7d and wiring plates 8a to 8c that each have a specific electrical resistance lower than that of a conductive paste and plating, and the resistance of the entire inductor electrode 6 can be decreased.
