An interconnection includes a circuit board assembly and a hybrid cable assembly. The circuit board assembly includes first and second outer layer assemblies and an intermediate layer assembly. The first and second outer layer assemblies each include an electrically conductive layer. A cable-receiving space is formed at a first side edge of the circuit board assembly. The hybrid cable assembly includes a dielectric waveguide system having a core and a cladding and being configured to transmit a radar wave in a frequency range from about 70 to about 300 GHz. A first conductor system configured to transmit power and/or data is disposed adjacent to the dielectric waveguide system and includes an electrically conductive inner conductor assembly inserted into the cable-receiving space and galvanically connected to a first inner-conductor connection region. The core of the dielectric waveguide system is inserted into the cable-receiving space and disposed at a waveguide connection region.

The present disclosure provides a wireless sensing device. In an embodiment, the wireless sensing device includes (A) a button cell. The button cell has a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The device includes (B) a first printed circuit board (IPCB) located on a top surface of the button cell. The IPCB has a first contact and a second contact electrically connected to respective positive electrode and negative electrode of the button cell. The IPCB includes (i) a processor, and (ii) a wireless communication component (WCC). Each of the (i) processor, and (ii) WCC are electrically connected to the IPCB. The device includes (C) a sensor module. The sensor module includes a second PCB (2PCB) and one or more sensor chips electrically connected to the 2PCB. (D) The device has a length from 10 mm to 30 mm, a thickness from 3 mm to 10 mm and a width from 10 mm to 30 mm.

Welding system

A welding system comprises a welding module and a moving module adapted to move the welding module to a predetermined welding position. The welding module includes a guiding device and a welding tool. The guiding device has a plurality of tubular guiding heads arranged in a row, ends of the plurality of tubular guiding heads are disposed close to joints of a plurality of cables so as to guide a plurality of welding wires to the joints of the plurality of cables. The welding tool has a plurality of tooth-shaped welding heads arranged in a row, ends of the plurality of tooth-shaped welding heads are disposed close to the joints of the plurality of cables and configured to simultaneously heat the plurality of welding wires guided to the joints of the plurality of cables, so as to simultaneously weld the joints of the plurality of cables onto a circuit board.

A locator is for aligning cables which are configured to be connected with a circuit board having an accommodated portion. The locator comprises at least a main portion which extends in a pitch direction. The main portion is, at least in part, formed with at least one circuit board accommodating portion. The main portion is formed with at least one first through hole and at least one second through hole which is different from the first through hole. The at least one circuit board accommodating portion is configured to accommodate the accommodated portion of the circuit board. The at least one circuit board accommodating portion opens at least forward in a front-rear direction perpendicular to the pitch direction. In the pitch direction, the at least one first through hole is provided at a location which is different from a location of the circuit board accommodating portion.

The connection assembly further includes a ground structure, which is electrically connected to a ground metal layer on a second surface of the printed circuit board, and the ground structure is at least partially arranged on both sides of the exposed inner conductor and/or the exposed outer conductor.
