MOTOR DRIVING DEVICE AND AIR CONDITIONER
A motor driving device that converts alternating-current power to direct-current power and drives a motor, the motor driving device including a printed circuit board having a first plate surface and a second plate surface, having an inverter module and an inverter module provided on the first plate surface, having a first power pattern provided on the second plate surface and connected to the inverter module, having a second power pattern provided on the second plate surface and connected to the inverter module, and having a jumper portion to connect the first power pattern and the second power pattern. A cross-sectional area of the jumper portion is larger than a cross-sectional area of the first power pattern or the second power pattern.
PACKAGE JUMPER INTERCONNECT
A jumper may be adapted to transmit an electrical signal. The jumper may be included in a system on a chip. The system on a chip may include a substrate, and the substrate may include one or more routing layers. The jumper may be included in the one or more routing layers of the substrate. A first interconnect may be positioned on a first side of the system on a chip, and a second interconnect may be positioned on a second side of the system on a chip. The jumper may be in electrical communication with the first interconnect, and may be in electrical communication with the second interconnect. The jumper may be electrically isolated from other components of the system on a chip, such as one or more die coupled to the substrate.
RIBBON WIRE BOND
In a described example, an electrical apparatus includes a substrate having a first surface and lead pads on the first surface of the substrate for surface mounting components. A ribbon wire bond is provided having open ends and a central portion between the open ends, the open ends of the ribbon wire bond connected to the lead pads. An electrical component is bonded to the central portion of the ribbon wire bond. The central portion of the ribbon wire bond and the electrical component are spaced from the first surface of the substrate.
Electronic device
An electronic device includes an insulating layer, a plurality of upper wiring electrode patterns formed on an upper surface of the insulating layer, and a plurality of lower wiring electrode patterns formed on a lower surface of the insulating layer. The upper wiring electrode patterns and the lower wiring electrode patterns each include an underlying electrode layer formed of a conductive paste and a plating electrode layer formed on the underlying electrode layer. With this configuration, the resistivity of the upper and lower wiring electrode patterns and can be made lower than that of the upper and lower wiring electrode patterns and each including only the underlying electrode layer formed of a conductive paste.
Ribbon wire bond
In a described example, an electrical apparatus includes a substrate having a first surface and lead pads on the first surface of the substrate for surface mounting components. A ribbon wire bond is provided having open ends and a central portion between the open ends, the open ends of the ribbon wire bond connected to the lead pads. An electrical component is bonded to the central portion of the ribbon wire bond. The central portion of the ribbon wire bond and the electrical component are spaced from the first surface of the substrate.
INTERCONNECTABLE CIRCUIT BOARDS ADAPTED FOR LATERAL IN-PLANE BENDING
Embodiments include an interconnectable circuit board array. The interconnectable circuit board array includes a plurality of interconnectable circuit boards coupled together with a plurality of board to board connectors. The board to board connectors include a first lateral side conductor and a second lateral side conductor to provide electrical communication between the connect circuit boards. The board to board connectors are configured such that when two adjacent circuit boards are bent in a lateral plane with respect to one another to form an angle, one of the lateral side conductors is contracted, one of the lateral side conductors is expanded, or one of the lateral side conductors is contracted and the other lateral side conductor is expanded. The printed circuit board includes metallic zones including: a first, second and third positive terminal, a first and second negative terminal, wherein the second negative terminal is connected to the first negative terminal, and electric contacts for the mounting of one or more LEDs and electric traces such that the LEDs are connected in series forming a LED string. The printed circuit board comprises selection means implemented with electric traces and metallic contacts adapted to be short-circuited via links in order to permit all of the following connections: a connection of the LED string between the first and third positive terminal, a connection of the LED string between the first positive terminal and the first negative terminal, a connection of the LED string between the second and third positive terminal, and a connection of the LED string between the second positive terminal and the first negative terminal.
CIRCUIT BOARD WITH ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE PROTECTION MECHANISM AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
A circuit board with an electrostatic discharge protection mechanism and an electronic apparatus having the same are provided. The circuit board includes a substrate, at least one signal trace, and a conductive element. The at least one signal trace is disposed on the substrate. The conductive element is electrically connected to a ground plane of the substrate and crosses over the at least one signal trace. The conductive element has at least one discharging portion. The position of the at least one discharging portion corresponds to the at least one signal trace. A gap exists between the at least one discharging portion and the at least one signal trace. A static electricity of the at least one signal trace is discharged to the at least one discharging portion.
