The apparatus includes a checking module configured to check a ground location on the circuit board; a selecting module configured to select a reference location on the circuit board, based on the ground location checked by the checking module; a calculating module configured to calculate a distance from the reference location selected by the selecting module to a nearest ground location as a reference distance; a computing module configured to compute a reference frequency by using the reference distance calculated by the calculating module; and a choosing module configured to choose a recommended capacitor, based on the reference frequency computed by the computing module.

The circuit arrangement also includes a connecting circuit board for electrically connecting the respective connections of the terminal strips of the two partial circuit boards to one another. The connecting circuit board is a multi-layer circuit board with two outer metal layers and at least two inner metal layers arranged between the outer metal layers. The outer metal layers have an electric connection between corresponding connections of the terminal strips of the two partial circuit boards, and at least one first metal layer of the inner metal layers has only an electrical connection of the positive intermediate circuit connections of the two partial circuit boards and at least one second metal layer of the inner metal layers has only an electrical connection of the negative intermediate circuits of the two partial circuit boards. The intermediate circuit arrangement can be part of an inverter.

A second mounting board has a mounting surface and a light-emitting element surface opposite to the mounting surface and is provided in the recess such that the light-emitting element surface faces the bottom surface of the recess. A light-emitting element is provided on the light-emitting element surface and configured to emit light through the opening. An elastic cushion is provided between the bottom surface and the light-emitting element surface. The second mounting board projects from the first surface of the first mounting board when a force pressing the second mounting board toward the bottom surface of the recess is not applied.

A method of interconnecting a flexible connector to a base connector includes providing the flexible connector with a first plurality of solder bumps arranged in a first pattern, and providing the base connector with a second plurality of solder bumps arranged in a second pattern. The flexible and base connectors are aligned by aligning the first and second pluralities of solder bumps.
