The present disclosure provides an organic light-emitting diode display substrate, a method of preparing the same, and a display device. The organic light-emitting diode display substrate includes: a light-emitting layer, a light modulation layer, and a color conversion layer, in which the light-emitting layer is configured to emit first color light, the light modulation layer and the color conversion layer are arranged on different light-exiting paths of the light-emitting layer, the color conversion layer is configured to convert first color light into second color light and third color light, and the light modulation layer is configured to modulate an emergent direction of first color light.

The present disclosure provides a quantum dot-based display panel, a method and a display device. A pixel of the display panel includes four sub-pixels of R, G, B and W, each of which uses blue light as backlight, both the red sub-pixel and the green sub-pixel include quantum dots, the blue sub-pixel includes a light transmitting layer, and a white sub-pixel includes a yellow light conversion layer. Quantum dots of the yellow light conversion layer are configured to convert a portion of the blue light to yellow light and at the same time transmit the other portion of the blue light such that the obtained yellow light and the transmitted blue light are mixed to form white light. Thereby, R, G, B and W four-color display based on the quantum dots is realized, which enhances the richness of color, display brightness and resolution, the utilization ratio of backlight.

Objects of the present invention are to provide: a light-emitting element having a long lifetime and good emission efficiency and drive voltage. One embodiment of the invention is a light-emitting element including, between an anode and a cathode, at least a stack structure in which a first layer, a second layer, and a light-emitting layer are provided in order from the anode side. The first layer includes a first organic compound and an electron-accepting compound. The second layer includes a second organic compound having a HOMO level differing from the HOMO level of the first organic compound by from −0.2 eV to +0.2 eV. The light-emitting layer includes a third organic compound having a HOMO level differing from the HOMO level of the second organic compound by from −0.2 eV to +0.2 eV and a light-emitting substance having a hole-trapping property with respect to the third organic compound.

The present disclosure relates to an organic light-emitting display substrate, manufacturing method thereof, and organic light-emitting display device. The organic light-emitting display substrate includes a base and a plurality of sub-pixel structures on the base, the sub-pixel structure includes: a first protrusion including a photoelectric sensing device and a second protrusion including a color filter layer, a protrusion height of the first protrusion relative to the base being smaller than that of the second protrusion relative to the base; a planarization layer on the first and second protrusions, and in contact with the first and second protrusions, a material wettability of the planarization layer with respect to the surface of the first protrusion being greater than that with respect to the surface of the second protrusion; and a white organic light-emitting diode on the planarization layer, and emitting light towards the first and second protrusions.
