Light-emitting device and electronic device using the same
A lightweight flexible light-emitting device which is able to possess a curved display portion and display a full color image with high resolution and the manufacturing process thereof are disclosed. The light-emitting device comprises: a plastic substrate; an insulating layer with an adhesive interposed therebetween; a thin film transistor over the insulating layer; a protective insulating film over the thin film transistor; a color filter over the protective insulating film; an interlayer insulating film over the color filter; and a white-emissive light-emitting element formed over the interlayer insulating film and being electrically connected to the thin film transistor.

Disclosed are organic electroluminescent material and device. The organic electroluminescent material is a metal complex with a structure of Formula 1. These novel metal complexes can be used in electroluminescent device, and show more excellent performance, for example, they can reduce the driving voltage and full width at half maximum, obtain more saturated light emission, improve the efficiency and the lifetime of the device, and finally, it can improve the comprehensive performance of the device significantly.

Each of a plurality of pixel units included in the electroluminescent display panel includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and a third sub-pixel, respectively, each of the sub-pixels includes a first electrode, and a light-emitting layer, respectively, taking a planar surface of the first electrode facing the light-emitting layer as a reference plane, the light-emitting layer of the first sub-pixel is on a first anti-node of a first standing wave, the light-emitting layer of the second sub-pixel is on a second anti-node of a second standing wave, and the light-emitting layer of the third sub-pixel is on a second anti-node of a third standing wave.
