ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE HAVING LOW DRIVING VOLTAGE AND LONG LIFESPAN
The present disclosure relates to an organic light-emitting diode having a low driving voltage and long lifespan and more particularly, to an organic light-emitting diode, comprising a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, and a light-emitting layer interposed therebetween, wherein the light-emitting layer contains at least one of the amine compounds represented by the following Chemical Formula A or Chemical Formula B, plus the compound represented by Chemical Formula D. The structures of Chemical Formulas A, B, and D are the same as in the specification.

A display panel includes: a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area; a substrate; a plurality of pixel electrodes spaced apart from each other on the substrate in the display area; a plurality of emission layers respectively arranged on the plurality of pixel electrodes; an opposite electrode on the plurality of emission layers and overlapping the display area; and a thin-film encapsulation layer on the opposite electrode and comprising at least one organic encapsulation layer and at least one inorganic encapsulation layer, wherein edges of the opposite electrode comprise a concave edge recessed from the peripheral area toward the display area and a convex edge protruding from the display area toward the peripheral area in a plan view.
Organic Light-Emitting Display Panel and Device
An organic light-emitting display panel and an organic light-emitting display device are disclosed, wherein the organic light-emitting display panel includes: a substrate, a cathode, a first auxiliary functional structure, a light-emitting structure and an anode that are successively laminated; wherein, the material of both the anode and the cathode is silver or a silver-containing metallic material, and a micro-cavity structure is formed between the cathode and the anode; the first auxiliary functional structure includes at least one of an electron injection layer, an electron transport layer and a hole blocking layer, and the first auxiliary functional structure is multiplexed as a micro-cavity length adjusting structure.
ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE
An organic light-emitting display device with improved light efficiency includes a plurality of pixel electrodes each corresponding one of at least a first, second, or third pixel; a pixel-defining layer covering an edge and exposing a central portion of the pixel electrodes; an intermediate layer over the pixel electrode and including an emission layer; an opposite electrode over the intermediate layer; and a lens layer over the opposite electrode and including a plurality of condensing lenses each having a circular lower surface. For the first pixel, a ratio B/A ranges from about 1.34 to about 2.63. For the second pixel, B/A ranges from about 1.43 to about 3.00, For the third pixel, B/A ranges from about 1.30 to about 2.43. An area of the portion of the pixel electrode exposed by the pixel-defining layer is A, and an area of the lower surface of the condensing lens is B.
