A display apparatus includes: a substrate including a plurality of sub-pixels; an organic light emitting element formed in each of the plurality of sub-pixels; a light control member including a light control pattern disposed in each of the plurality of sub-pixels, and an air layer between adjacent light control patterns; and a color filter layer disposed on the light control member.

A light emitting display device can include a light emitting diode structure disposed on a substrate and having a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, a third sub-pixel and a fourth sub-pixel, a bank that defines a pixel area of each of the first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel, the third sub-pixel and the fourth sub-pixel, and a function improving unit disposed on the first emission part, the second emission part, the third emission part, the fourth emission part and the bank. A light-emitting device having an electron transport layer that includes a first electron transport layer including an inorganic oxide and a second electron transport layer including an organic material is provided. The first electrode is a reflective electrode.

Disclosed is a light emitting display device including a substrate having first to fourth subpixels, first to fourth anodes provided respectively on the first to fourth subpixels, an emission unit provided on the first to fourth anodes, the emission unit including two or more blue stacks and a phosphorescent stack including at least a yellowish green emission layer and a green emission layer, a cathode provided on the emission unit, a red filter and a color conversion layer provided between the substrate and the first anode, a green filter provided between the substrate and the second anode, and a blue filter provided between the substrate and the third anode, wherein the first anode has a first thickness, and at least one of the second to fourth anodes has a second thickness greater than the thickness of the first anode.

Disclosed is a display device including a substrate at an exit side, first to third color subpixels provided on the substrate, each of the color subpixels having a thin film transistor, first to third color filters provided respectively at the first to third color subpixels, first to third anodes provided respectively on the first to third color filters so as to be connected to the thin film transistors, an emission unit commonly provided at the first to third color subpixels on the first to third anodes, the emission unit including at least two blue fluorescent stacks and two phosphorescent stacks, and a cathode provided on the emission unit, wherein the first to third color subpixels constitute a basic unit, and a third color subpixel of an n-th basic unit neighbors a first color subpixel of an (n+1)-th basic unit in the same row or column on the substrate.

A light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate including a plurality of sub-pixels; an overcoating layer on the substrate and having a base portion and a protrusion portion; a first electrode disposed to cover a side portion of the protrusion portion and the base portion at the plurality of sub-pixels; a bank layer covering a portion of the first electrode and the overcoating layer; and a light emitting layer and a second electrode on the first electrode and the bank layer at the plurality of sub-pixels. An organic electroluminescent device includes, from bottom to top, a substrate, a first electrode and a light-emitting component in sequence, where the light-emitting component is disposed on the first electrode, and a secondary electrode structure is disposed on an upper side surface of the light-emitting component and includes a sub-electrode, a dielectric material layer and an outer layer electrode, where the dielectric material layer is disposed between the sub-electrode and the outer layer electrode, the sub-electrode is in contact with the light-emitting component, the dielectric material layer and the sub-electrode completely cover a light-emitting region of the light-emitting component, the outer layer electrode completely covers the dielectric material layer, and in a non-light-emitting region on the periphery of the light-emitting component, the outer layer electrode is electrically connected to the sub-electrode.

An organic-EL-display device includes a blue-emitting-organic-EL-device and a red-emitting-organic-EL-device as pixels, in which each of the blue-emitting-organic and the red-emitting-organic-EL-device includes a light-reflection layer, transparent electrode, hole transporting zone, emitting layer, electron transporting zone and semitransmissive electrode in this order, the blue-emitting-organic-EL-device has a blue-emitting layer containing a fluorescent-compound FLB, the red-emitting-organic-EL-device has a red-emitting layer containing a delayed fluorescent compound DFR, the hole transporting zone is provided at a constant film-thickness in a shared manner across the blue-emitting and red-emitting organic EL devices, the red-emitting-organic-EL-device has a resonator structure whose order of interference is first-order between the light reflection layer and the semitransmissive electrode, a film-thickness of the red-emitting layer is less than 50 nm, and a sum of film-thicknesses of the transparent electrode and hole transporting zone in the blue-emitting and red-emitting organic EL devices is less than 40 nm.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a first bottom electrode, a second bottom electrode, a first organic layer covering the first bottom electrode, a second organic layer covering the second bottom electrode, a first top electrode covering the first organic layer, a second top electrode covering the second organic layer, a first optical adjustment layer disposed on the first top electrode, a second optical adjustment layer disposed on the second top electrode, and a transparent conductive layer covering the first optical adjustment layer and the second optical adjustment layer, and being in contact with the first top electrode and the second top electrode.
