A fingerprint sensor includes: a substrate; a circuit element layer on a first surface of the substrate and including a plurality of conductive layers; a light emitting element layer on the circuit element layer and including light emitting elements and a light shielding layer; and a light sensor layer on a second surface of the substrate and including light sensors, wherein the light shielding layer includes contact holes exposing first electrodes of the light emitting elements, and first opening portions exposing a portion of the circuit element layer, and the circuit element layer includes second opening portions formed in the plurality of conductive layers and includes a light transmission hole of which at least a portion overlaps the first opening portions.

Provided are a display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate, and gate lines extending in a first direction, data lines extending in a second direction and pixel units that are on the base substrate, the first direction intersecting the second direction; each pixel unit including sub-pixels, each sub-pixel including a pixel circuit; the pixel circuit including at least a switching transistor, a drive transistor, a sensing transistor, and a storage capacitor; for each pixel circuit, the switching transistor, the drive transistor, and the sensing transistor therein are all on a same side of the storage capacitor; the switching transistor is at an intersection of the gate line and the data line connected thereto, and the switching transistor is adjacent to the sensing transistor in the first direction and adjacent to the drive transistor in the second direction.

A display panel includes a base substrate including: a plurality of pixel regions and a peripheral region adjacent thereto; a pixel defining film disposed on the base substrate and having a plurality of openings, each of which corresponding to a respective one of the plurality of pixel regions; a plurality of light emitting elements disposed on the base substrate corresponding to the plurality of openings and configured to generate first color light; an encapsulation member disposed on the plurality of light emitting elements; a light shield pattern disposed on the encapsulation member and overlapping the peripheral region when viewed in a plan view; and a light control layer disposed on the encapsulation member and the light shield pattern and overlapping the plurality of pixel regions. The pixel defining film includes a first color material, and the light shield pattern includes a second color material different form the first color.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A display device includes: a first active pattern on a light blocking pattern; a second active pattern at a same layer as that of the first active pattern; a first insulating pattern on the first active pattern; a second insulating pattern on the first active pattern, the second insulating pattern being spaced from the first insulating pattern, and having a first contact hole exposing the first active pattern; a first gate electrode on the first insulating pattern; a second gate electrode at a same layer as that of the first gate electrode, and overlapping with the second active pattern; a first etch stopper on the second insulating pattern, and having a second contact hole connected to the first contact hole; and a first electrode on the first etch stopper, the first electrode contacting the light blocking pattern and the first active pattern through the first and second contact holes.

A display device includes: a base substrate; a thin film transistor layer provided on the base substrate; a light-emitting element layer provided on the thin film transistor layer including a plurality of first electrodes, a common edge cover, a plurality of function layers, and a common second electrode layered in this order; a sealing film provided on the light-emitting element layer; a second display region provided inside a first display region surrounded by the first display region; and an image capture unit provided in the second display region on an opposite side to the thin film transistor layer of the base substrate, wherein a light blocking portion is provided in the second display region at a boundary with the first display region. The light blocking portion is provided in the edge cover, and the edge cover, in the second display region, includes a black colored portion colored black.
ANTI-REFLECTIVE FILM
The present disclosure relates to an anti-reflective film comprising: a hard coating layer; and a low refractive index layer, wherein a particle-mixed layer containing both hollow inorganic nanoparticles and solid inorganic nanoparticles and having a thickness of 1.5 nm to 22 nm exists in the low refractive index layer, and wherein the anti-reflective film has a ratio of the reflectance at a wavelength of 400 nm to the reflectance at a wavelength of 550 nm of 1.3 to 2.7, and a polarizing plate, a display device, and an organic light emitting diode display device comprising the anti-reflective film.

A display apparatus includes a substrate including a component area and a main display area, the component area including sub display areas and transmission areas, main pixel electrodes disposed in the main display area and spaced apart from each other, sub pixel electrodes disposed in the sub display areas and spaced apart from each other, a pixel definition layer covering an edge of each of the main pixel electrodes and an edge of each of the sub pixel electrodes and including transmission holes in areas corresponding to the transmission areas, main spacers disposed on the pixel definition layer in the main display area, and sub spacers disposed on the pixel definition layer in the component area, wherein a number of the sub spacers per unit area is equal to a number of the main spacers per unit area in a plan view.
