At least one of the first layer and the second layer includes an organic film.

The array substrate includes: a base substrate; a plurality of pixels, at least one of the pixels including a pixel driver circuit and a light-emitting unit electrically connected to the pixel driver circuit; a fingerprint recognition structure including a first capacitor electrode configured to form a capacitor for fingerprint recognition between at least a part of a touch body and the first capacitor electrode in response to the at least a part of the touch body covering the first capacitor electrode. The fingerprint recognition structure is in the at least one pixel, the pixel driver circuit includes a thin film transistor including an active layer and a gate, and the first capacitor electrode is in the same layer as one of the active layer or the gate of the thin film transistor.

The display substrate includes: a base substrate, a plurality of display areas arranged in an array on the base substrate, and non-display areas between the display areas. A display structure is disposed in the display area and configured to display images. The non-display area is light-transparent and is provided with a photochromic pattern. The photochromic pattern is configured to adjust the light transmittance of the non-display area according to the illumination intensity of the received light.

The dummy unit overlaps no display elements of the display apparatus in a direction perpendicular to the face of the substrate and includes a first wall, a dummy-unit base resin, and dummy-unit scatterers. A concentration of the dummy-unit scatterers in the dummy-unit base resin is greater than a concentration of the first scatterers in the first base resin.

A display apparatus includes a substrate having a first region and a second region surrounding the first region. An insulating part is disposed above the substrate, covering the first region and the second region, and comprising a first opening portion in the second region. A dam part is disposed above the insulating pan in the second region and surrounds a periphery of the first opening portion. A first organic insulating layer is disposed above the insulating part and covers an inner surface of the first opening portion. An organic light-emitting device is disposed above the insulating part in the first region and comprises a pixel electrode. An encapsulation layer is disposed above the insulating part in both the first region and the second region. The encapsulation layer covers the organic light-emitting device.

The method of manufacturing a display apparatus includes: forming, on a carrier substrate, a first inorganic layer including silicon oxide; plasma-treating the first inorganic layer by using nitrous oxide gas; after the plasma-treating, forming a display substrate on the first inorganic layer; forming a display element layer above the display substrate; and separating the display substrate from the carrier substrate.

A display panel includes a support substrate including a display area having a plurality of pixel areas and a non-display area disposed around the display area. An encapsulation substrate faces a first side of the support substrate. An emitting array is disposed on the first side of the support substrate. A phase adjusting layer is disposed on the emitting array and changes a phase of light. A reflected light absorbing layer is disposed on the phase adjusting layer and absorbs at least a portion of light reflected from the emitting array. A sealing layer is disposed in the non-display area between the support substrate and the encapsulation substrate. A black matrix layer is disposed on a first side of the encapsulation substrate and corresponds to boundaries between the plurality of pixel areas.
