The present disclosure provides a transparent display panel and method for manufacturing the same and a display device. The transparent display panel includes pixel units arranged in an array, and the pixel unit includes a light-emitting area and a transparent area. The pixel unit includes a pixel defining layer disposed in the light-emitting area and defining a plurality of opening areas. A light-emitting device is disposed in the opening area. The pixel unit further includes a transparent film layer disposed in the transparent area and being of a hydrophobic material. The transparent film layer includes a groove and an inclined channel, and the channel connects the groove with any one of the opening areas. A bottom surface of the groove is higher than a bottom surface of the opening area, and an area of the groove is greater than that of the opening area connected with the channel.

A method of manufacturing a display apparatus includes providing a substrate, forming a display unit defining an opening portion in a display region over the substrate, forming a thin film encapsulation layer to seal the display unit, forming a touch electrode over the thin film encapsulation layer, forming a touch insulating film covering the touch electrode such that the thin film encapsulation layer and the touch insulating film are sequentially stacked and formed over the substrate in the opening portion, forming a touch contact hole by removing a portion of the touch insulating film to expose a portion of the touch electrode, and removing a portion of the touch insulating film and a portion of the thin film encapsulation layer formed in the opening portion to expose a portion of the substrate during the forming of the touch contact hole.
DISPLAY PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a manufacturing method of a display panel and the display panel. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area. When forming electrode layers of the display panel, a halftone mask process is performed on respective electrode layers, and a heat treatment is performed on the electrode layers in the non-display area to crystallize the electrode layers. Therefore, adhesion effect between the electrode layers and a substrate are enhanced and improved. The manufacturing method of the embodiments of the present disclosure is simpler and more effective, and the adhesion effect between electrode layers and the substrate is better.

The present invention provides an OLED display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The OLED display panel comprises a display area and a bonding area defined at least at one side of the display area. The OLED display panel further comprises a substrate and a first metal layer disposed on the substrate. The first metal layer comprises a light-shielding metal disposed corresponding to the display area and a bonding metal disposed corresponding to the bonding area.

An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel are provided. The array substrate is divided into a display area and a bending area and includes a glass substrate and a flexible substrate. Wherein, the glass substrate is disposed corresponding to the display area, and the flexible substrate is disposed corresponding to the bending area. A plurality of bonding wirings in the bending area are respectively connected to a plurality of signal lines in the display area. The flexible substrate is bent to a back surface of the array substrate to perform chip on film (COF) bonding, thereby preventing a lower yield problem caused by using nano silver glues.

The present disclosure relates to a top emitting AMOLED display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The top emitting AMOLED display panel includes a passivation layer and a protective conductive layer. The passivation layer is sandwiched between an interlayer insulating layer and a planarization layer of the top emitting AMOLED display panel; the protective conductive layer covers a metal layer and side walls of openings. The passivation layer covering the metal layer can physically protect and prevent the metal layer from oxidation, and the protective conductive layer coats the metal layer to prevent the metal layer from being etched or oxidized by anode etching solution.
PIXEL DEFINING LAYER, ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY PANEL, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Provided is a pixel defining layer of an organic light-emitting diode display panel. The pixel defining layer includes: an insulating transparent cladding layer; and a reflecting layer in the transparent cladding layer, wherein the reflecting layer is configured to reflect light emitted from a light-emitting layer of the organic light-emitting diode display panel. Organic light-emitting diode display panels and methods for manufacturing an organic light-emitting diode display panel are also provided.

The method for manufacturing a display device includes forming a light emitting element and a terminal on a substrate, forming a sealing film including a first inorganic insulating film and a second inorganic insulating film to cover the light emitting element and the terminal, forming a resist having a taper shape in which a thickness of an end portion on the sealing film becomes thinner as it goes to the terminal side by using a gray-tone mask, forming a taper shape in which thicknesses in end portions of the first inorganic insulating film and the second inorganic insulating film becomes thinner as it goes to the terminal side by etching, forming a touch electrode above the sealing film and forming wiring connected to the terminal via the end portions together with connecting to the touch electrode for detecting a touched position.
ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE PANEL AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME
An organic light emitting diode display panel in this disclosure comprises a base substrate, an array layer disposed on the base substrate, and a planarization layer disposed on the array layer. The OLED display panel further comprises anodes disposed on the planarization layer, and a pixel definition layer located between the anodes adjacent to each other. A luminescent layer, a cathode, and an encapsulation layer are provided on the anodes. A preparation material of the pixel definition layer is a light-shading material. By the pixel definition layer made of a light-shading material, the light shading effect of the OLED display panel is greatly enhanced, and the influence of the lateral light leakage of the OLED display panel on the TFT device is prevented.
