An organic light emitting diode display panel is provided and includes a display region and a through hole configured to receive an electronic element. The display region is disposed around a periphery of the through hole and includes a barrier structure and an encapsulation structure layer covering the barrier structure. The barrier structure is disposed on a side of a periphery of the through hole. The present invention, by extending the encapsulation structure layer from the display region to the barrier structure to cover the barrier structure, prevents water from invading an organic light emitting layer of the display region through the through hole.

The protective film includes a base material layer, a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer, wherein the first adhesive layer is located on the side, facing the flexible display substrate, of the base material layer; the viscosity of the first adhesive layer is 0.5 gf/inch to 1.5 gf/inch; the second adhesive layer is located on the side, facing the flexible display substrate, of the base material layer, is independently arranged relative to the first adhesive layer; and the viscosity of the second adhesive layer is 3 gf/inch to 4 gf/inch.

A source electrode and a drain electrode of at least one transistor in the first group, the data line, the first voltage supply line, and the second voltage supply line are in a same layer. A source electrode and a drain electrode of at least one transistor in the second group are in a layer different from the first voltage supply line and the second voltage supply line.

An orthographic projection of the array substrate in a plane parallel to the array substrate covers an orthographic projection of the cover plate in the plane, the orthographic projection of the array substrate includes a plurality of edges, the orthographic projection of the cover plate includes a plurality of edges, the plurality of edges of the array substrate are in one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of edges of the cover plate. At least two edges of the orthographic projection of the array substrate do not overlap with corresponding edges of the orthographic projection of the cover plate and are located outside the orthographic projection of the cover plate.
