A display device and a method of manufacturing the display device are provided. The display device includes a substrate having a display area in which a plurality of pixels are arranged, a plurality of bank layers arranged on the substrate and defining opening areas respectively corresponding to the plurality of pixels, and a bank protection layer at an outermost portion of the plurality of bank layers.

A display device includes a first substrate including a first contact hole, fan-out lines in a first metal layer, a second substrate on the first metal layer and including a second contact hole, connection lines in a second metal layer and into the second contact hole connected to the fan-out lines, a thin film transistor in an active layer and a third metal layer on the second metal layer, and a flexible film on a surface of the first substrate and into the first contact hole connected to the fan-out lines. An etching angle of the first contact hole between a top surface of the first substrate and an inner surface of the first contact hole is less than an etching angle of the second contact hole between top surfaces of the fan-out lines and an inner surface of the second contact hole.

An organic light emitting display device comprises a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, a driving thin film transistor and at least one switching thin film transistor in the display area, and an organic light device in the display area, wherein the driving thin film transistor and the switching thin film transistor include respectively an oxide semiconductor layer, and wherein a surface treating layer including a pattern of protrusions is on an upper surface of the oxide semiconductor layer of the driving thin film transistor.

A display device includes a blocking pattern between a display area and a dam structure and having an undercut shape. The blocking pattern includes an etched metal layer, and a first upper metal layer which is on the etched metal layer and has a width greater than a width of the etched metal layer.

A display device is provided including a first conductive line disposed on a substrate. A first insulating layer is disposed on the substrate at least partially covering the first conductive line. The first insulating layer has a contact hole, which exposes the first conductive line, and a groove recessed in a direction towards the substrate. The groove has a depth smaller than a depth of the contact hole. A second conductive line is disposed in the groove on the first insulating layer and is connected to the first conductive line through the contact hole.

A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes sub-pixels and a light emitting control signal line. The sub-pixel includes an organic light emitting element and a pixel circuit, the organic light emitting element includes a second electrode, the pixel circuit includes a driving transistor and a first light emitting control transistor, and the pixel circuit further includes a connection structure. In the second color sub-pixel, a first electrode of the first light emitting control transistor is electrically connected with the connection structure through a first connection hole, and the connection structure is electrically connected with the second electrode through a second connection hole, the first connection hole and the second connection hole are located on both sides of the light emitting control signal line. In the third color sub-pixel, the second electrode does not overlap with a channel of the driving transistor.

A display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The display substrate includes: a base substrate including a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region; a first light emitting element in the display region of the base substrate; and a color film structure on a display side of the first light emitting element. The color film structure includes: a first color film, including only a first pixel color film located in the display region; and a second color film, including a second pixel color film located in the display region and at least partially non-overlapping with the first pixel color film, and a first frame color film located in the peripheral region and surrounding the display region.

A flexible display device includes a substrate, a light emitting layer, a first insulating layer, and a conductive layer. The substrate includes a bent region and a non-bent region. The light emitting layer overlaps the non-bent region. The first insulating layer is disposed on the substrate. The conductive layer is disposed on the first insulating layer. A sidewall of the first insulating layer includes a first tapered surface. The first tapered surface includes at least three curved surface portions continuously arranged with one another.

A method of manufacturing a flexible display device includes forming a graphene adhesive layer on a carrier substrate, forming a flexible substrate on the graphene adhesive layer, forming a first barrier layer on the flexible substrate, forming a display element part on the first barrier layer, forming a protective film on the display element part, separating the flexible substrate from the carrier substrate, removing a remaining portion of the graphene adhesive layer from a surface of the flexible substrate, and forming a second barrier layer on the surface of the flexible substrate, after removing the remaining portion of the graphene adhesive layer from the surface of the flexible substrate.

A color filter substrate and a fabricating method thereof are provided. The color filter substrate has a pixel definition layer having a first pixel-defining structure and a second pixel-defining structure, and the second pixel-defining structure encapsulates the first pixel-defining structure. The pixel definition layer enhances its structural support strength while ensuring its own shading property and hydrophobicity, so that it can reach a target height, and an undercut phenomenon is less likely to occur.
