The present disclosure provides a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The display device includes a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region. The display region includes a main display region and an auxiliary region surrounding the main display region. The auxiliary region is between the non-display region and the main display region. The non-display region includes a bending region connected to the auxiliary region. The display device includes an array substrate including a plurality of pixels units, first trough holes, and second trough holes in the display region. The first trough holes and the second trough holes are disposed in the auxiliary region. The second trough holes are disposed between two adjacent pixel units. An anode electrode is disposed on the array substrate. The first trough holes are disposed in each the pixel units and directly below the anode electrode.

The display device includes an array substrate including a plurality of pixels units, first trough holes, and second trough holes in the display region. The first trough holes and the second trough holes are disposed in the auxiliary region. The second trough holes are disposed between two adjacent pixel units. An anode electrode is disposed on the array substrate. The first trough holes are disposed in each the pixel units and directly below the anode electrode.

A touch electrode structure and a manufacture method thereof, a touch panel, and an electronic device are provided. The touch electrode structure includes a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode, the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode intersect with each other to form a mutual capacitance for touch detection; the first touch electrode is longer than the second touch electrode; the first touch electrode includes a first hollow region, the second touch electrode includes a second hollow region, and a hollow area of the first touch electrode is greater than a hollow area of the second touch electrode; and the touch electrode structure further includes at least one first dummy electrode, the at least one first dummy electrode is within the first hollow region and is arranged in a same layer as at least part of the first touch electrode, and the at least one first dummy electrode and the at least part of the first touch electrode are insulated from each other. By means of the touch electrode structure, the touch sensitivity can be effectively improved.

A touch electrode structure and a manufacture method thereof, a touch panel, and an electronic device are provided. The touch electrode structure includes a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode, the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode intersect with each other to form a mutual capacitance for touch detection; the first touch electrode is longer than the second touch electrode; the first touch electrode includes a first hollow region, the second touch electrode includes a second hollow region, and a hollow area of the first touch electrode is greater than a hollow area of the second touch electrode; and the touch electrode structure further includes at least one first dummy electrode, the at least one first dummy electrode is within the first hollow region and is arranged in a same layer as at least part of the first touch electrode, and the at least one first dummy electrode and the at least part of the first touch electrode are insulated from each other. By means of the touch electrode structure, the touch sensitivity can be effectively improved.
Array substrate having light-shielding portion and display panel
An array substrate, a display panel including the array substrate, and a fabrication method of the array substrate are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate, a light-shielding portion, a thin-film transistor and a capacitor. The light-shielding portion is formed on a first surface of the base substrate. The thin-film transistor is formed on a side of the light-shielding portion away from the base substrate, and includes an active layer. The capacitor is formed on the first surface of the base substrate, and includes a first capacitive electrode and a second capacitive electrode. The first capacitive electrode and the second capacitive electrode are at least partially arranged opposite to each other in a direction perpendicular to the first surface of the base substrate. The first capacitive electrode is provided in a same layer as the light-shielding portion.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A display device and a method of manufacturing the display device are provided. Embodiments of the display device include a substrate including a main portion and a plurality of protrusion patterns protruding outwardly from an edge of the main portion, a display layer on each of the protrusion patterns, a first insulating layer covering the display layer and a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer. Adjacent protrusion patterns are separated by a cutout portion and side surfaces of the adjacent protrusion patterns face each other. The first insulating layer includes adjacent first insulating layers on the adjacent protrusion patterns that face each other and are separated by the cutout portion. The second insulating layer is on a top surface of the first insulating layer on each of the protrusion patterns, and is not on a side surface of the display layer.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A display device and a method of manufacturing the display device are provided. Embodiments of the display device include a substrate including a main portion and a plurality of protrusion patterns protruding outwardly from an edge of the main portion, a display layer on each of the protrusion patterns, a first insulating layer covering the display layer and a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer. Adjacent protrusion patterns are separated by a cutout portion and side surfaces of the adjacent protrusion patterns face each other. The first insulating layer includes adjacent first insulating layers on the adjacent protrusion patterns that face each other and are separated by the cutout portion. The second insulating layer is on a top surface of the first insulating layer on each of the protrusion patterns, and is not on a side surface of the display layer.

A display device includes a substrate having a display area and a non-display area, a plurality of pixels in the display area, scan lines for supplying a scan signal to the pixels, the scan lines extending in a first direction, data lines for supplying a data signal to the pixels, the data lines extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and a first dummy part in the non-display area, adjacent to an outermost pixel, connected to an outermost data line of the display area, forming a parasitic capacitor with the outermost pixel, and including a first dummy data line and a first dummy power pattern extending in parallel to the data lines.

A display substrate has a display area and a peripheral area. The display substrate includes a base substrate; an insulating layer on the base substrate and in at least the peripheral area; a plurality of light emitting elements on the base substrate and in the display area; an encapsulating layer on a side of the plurality of light emitting elements distal to the base substrate to encapsulate the plurality of light emitting elements; and a dam layer on a side of the insulating layer distal to the base substrate. The encapsulating layer includes a first inorganic encapsulating sublayer extending from the display area into the peripheral area. The display substrate has a groove extending into the first insulating layer in the peripheral area, and substantially surrounding the display area. The first inorganic encapsulating sublayer extends into at least a portion of the groove.
