Specifically, embodiments of the disclosure may provide an organic light emitting display device and an organic light emitting display panel which include a first signal line disposed between a first emission area and a second emission area and a second signal line spaced apart from the first signal line, a first insulation film disposed on the first signal line and the second signal line and having a first hole corresponding to a separation space between the first signal line and the second signal line, and a second insulation film disposed on the first insulation film, wherein the second insulation film is disposed in the separation space between the first signal line and the second signal line and the first hole of the first insulation film. Thus, it is possible to reduce the separation space between the signal lines and thus increase the area of the emission area to thereby enhance optical characteristics.
