The present disclosure provides a display device and a driving circuit. In the display device, a first subpixel is connected to a first data line and a first reference voltage line, and includes an emitting device and a driving transistor; and a second subpixel is connected to a second data line and a second reference voltage line, and includes an emitting device and a driving transistor. The driving time of the first subpixel includes a first initialization time in which a reference voltage is applied to the first reference voltage line and a first tracking time in which a voltage of the first reference voltage line increases from the reference voltage and then is saturated. Sensing times for subpixels having different channel sizes are reduced.

A display substrate, a method of manufacturing the display substrate, and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate, a plurality of sub-pixels, a gate driving circuit, a plurality of input contact pads, a plurality of output contact pads and a contact pad insulating layer. Surfaces of the input contact pads away from the base substrate and surfaces of the output contact pads away from the base substrate are exposed from the contact pad insulating layer. The contact pad insulating layer includes a first portion having a first thickness and a second portion having a second thickness smaller than the first thickness. Edges of the input contact pads and edges of the output contact pads are covered by the first portion. The second portion is located in the region between the input contact pads and the output contact pads.

The display substrate includes: a first electrode located in a first display region and a second electrode located in a second display region; a first light emitting layer located in the first display region and a second light emitting layer located in the second display region; and a third electrode located in the first display region and a fourth electrode located in the second display region. By optimizing patterned design of the third electrode, a first electrode wiring mode in the first display region is optimized, so that a display effect in the first display region is improved, glare interference is reduced, the transmittance of the first display region is optimized and improved, and a photographing effect of an under-screen camera configured in the first display region is ensured.
PIXEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
A pixel includes a light emitting element including an anode and a cathode, a first transistor connected between the anode and a first power line and switched by a voltage of a node, a second transistor connected between the first transistor connected to the first power line and a data line and switched by a write scan signal, a third transistor connected between the node and the anode and switched by a compensation scan signal, and an insulating layer covering the second and third transistors. A first groove is defined in a portion of the insulating layer adjacent to the third transistor.
