DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a substrate including a first display area and a second display area. The first display area includes first pixel areas, each including one or more first pixels. The second display area includes second pixel areas including one or more second pixels and a light transmittance area having a higher light transmittance than the second pixel area. The first and second display areas include a common electrode that transmits a constant common voltage. The common electrode in the second display area includes patterned regions that correspond to a first light transmittance area included in the light transmittance area. A thickness of the common electrode in the patterned regions is smaller than a thickness of the common electrode in a region other than the patterned regions or equals zero. The patterned regions and the second pixel areas extend alternately along a first direction in the second display area.
Display substrate, display panel and display device
A display substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The display substrate has a plurality of sub-pixel regions and a plurality of inter-sub-pixel regions between the plurality of sub-pixel regions. The display substrate includes a plurality of sub-pixels located in the plurality of sub-pixel regions and at least one separation pillar, and at least one sub-pixel region is provided with at least one separation pillar therein.

A display panel includes: a first substrate including a plurality of light emitting elements to emit a first light; and a second substrate disposed on the first substrate, the second substrate including: a first color filter including a first blue filter, a second blue filter, and a third blue filter disposed on the first substrate; a light control layer including a first light control portion to transmit the first light and disposed on the first blue filter, a second light control portion to convert the first light to a second light and disposed on the second blue filter, and a third light control portion to convert the first light to a third light and disposed on the third blue filter; and a second color filter exposing an upper surface of the first light control portion and covering the second light control portion and the third light control portion.

According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes an imaging device, and a liquid crystal panel including a display portion overlapping the imaging device, wherein the liquid crystal panel includes a first pixel overlapping the imaging device, an opening portion provided in the first pixel, a second pixel adjacent to the first pixel, and a third pixel adjacent to the second pixel, the third pixel includes a first coloring layer, a second coloring layer and a third coloring layer, and the second pixel does not include the coloring layer or includes a transparent resinous layer.
Display apparatus having pixel electrodes arranged on a planarization layer
A display apparatus includes first and second subpixel electrodes on a planarization layer including first and second via holes. The first subpixel includes a first pixel definition layer including a first opening exposing a portion of a first pixel electrode corresponding to a first emission portion. The first pixel electrode is connected to a first pixel circuit through the first via hole. The second subpixel includes a second pixel definition layer including a second opening exposing a portion of a second pixel electrode corresponding to a second emission portion. The second pixel electrode is connected to a second pixel circuit through the second via hole. A second distance defined as a shortest distance from an inner surface of the second opening to the second via hole is greater than a first distance defined as a shortest distance from an inner surface of the first opening to the first via hole.
IMAGE CAPTURE DEVICE
An image capture device including an image capture module and a display panel is provided. The display panel is disposed on the image capture module and includes multiple pixels. Each of the pixels includes a first light-emitting region and a second light-emitting region. The first light-emitting region emits a first light beam. The first light beam is transmitted to the image capture module through a region outside the first light-emitting region. In each of the pixels, a total area of the first light-emitting region is smaller than a total area of the second light-emitting region.

A display apparatus having improved reliability and preventing or reducing damage to an organic light-emitting diode (OLED), and a method of manufacturing the display apparatus by arranging a protective layer on an opposite electrode during a photo-patterning process, are provided. The display apparatus includes: a substrate; a pixel electrode on the substrate; a pixel defining layer on the pixel electrode, the pixel defining layer having a first opening that exposes a center of the pixel electrode; an auxiliary electrode on the pixel defining layer; an intermediate layer on the pixel electrode; an opposite electrode facing the pixel electrode with the intermediate layer therebetween; a first protective layer on the opposite electrode; and a contact electrode on the first protective layer, the contact electrode electrically contacting the auxiliary electrode and the opposite electrode.

ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY APPARATUS WITH MESH STRUCTURED LINE BETWEEN VIA LAYERS
An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a substrate, pixels, a pixel defining layer (PDL), a first via layer, a second via layer, first lines, and a second line. The pixels are arranged on the substrate in a first direction (D1) and a second direction (D2) intersecting one another, and include organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The OLEDs include pixel electrodes (PEs). The PDL covers edges of the PEs and defines light-emitting regions via openings partially exposing the PEs. The first and second via layers are between the PEs and the substrate. The first lines extend in the D2 between the first via layer and the substrate. The second line is between the second and first via layers. The second line at least partially extends around the light-emitting regions. The second line contacts the first lines through via holes. Each via hole is provided every two pixels arranged in the D2.
