The gate electrode is disposed on the active pattern and overlaps the active pattern in a plan view. The gate electrode defines a channel area in an area overlapping the active pattern in a plan view. The gate signal line is disposed on the gate electrode. The gate signal line overlaps the channel area in a plan view. The gate signal line transmits a gate signal to the gate electrode. The light emitting diode is disposed on the gate signal line.

The first contact portion is positioned in a third direction opposite to the first direction from the first driving voltage line. The second contact portion is positioned in the first direction from the second driving voltage line.

A pixel arrangement structure of an OLED display is provided. The pixel arrangement structure includes: a first pixel having a center coinciding with a center of a virtual square; a second pixel separated from the first pixel and having a center at a first vertex of the virtual square; and a third pixel separated from the first pixel and the second pixel, and having a center at a second vertex neighboring the first vertex of the virtual square.

A display device and a flexible OLED panel. The flexible OLED panel includes: a flexible substrate, and OLED light emitting elements on the substrate. The OLED light emitting elements include pixel circuits and functional layers including anodes disposed above the pixel circuits. The flexible OLED panel further includes pixel unit regions and non-pixel unit regions. The pixel unit regions are arranged in an array, the non-pixel unit regions are disposed between adjacent pixel unit regions. At least one of the anodes, and corresponding transistors in the pixel circuits are located in one pixel unit region, respective transistors in the adjacent pixel unit regions are connected via electrical connection lines, so that the electrical connection lines pass through at least one non-pixel unit region, and a portion of the electrical connection lines in the at least one non-pixel unit region is coated by an organic film layer.

A display device includes: a resin substrate; a TFT layer; a bending portion; at least one inorganic film forming the TFT layer; an interlayer insulating film forming the TFT layer; and a plurality of wires forming the TFT layer, wherein the at least one inorganic film and the interlayer insulating film include an opening disposed at the bending portion, the at least one inorganic film includes a plurality of island-shaped inorganic films remaining in the opening, each of the plurality of wires overlaps a corresponding island-shaped inorganic film among the plurality of island-shaped inorganic films, and the display device includes a metal layer in a form of islands disposed between each of the plurality of wires and the corresponding island-shaped inorganic film overlapping each of the plurality of wires, the metal layer being in contact with each of the plurality of wires.

An electroluminescent display device comprises a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, a connection pattern on the substrate and spaced apart from the first electrode, a bank covering edges of the first electrode and the connection pattern, a light-emitting layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the light-emitting layer, the bank and the connection pattern, wherein the connection pattern includes at least one protrusion part and a flat part, and wherein each of the first electrode and the connection pattern includes a first layer and a second layer, the second layer is disposed between the substrate and the first layer, and the second layer of the connection pattern has the at least one protrusion part.
Display device and mobile terminal device including the same
Disclosed herein are a display device and a mobile terminal device including the same, wherein the display device includes a display panel including a display area in which a first plurality of pixels are disposed, and a sensing area in which a plurality of photosensors and a second plurality of pixels are disposed. The first plurality of pixels of the display area and the second plurality of pixels of the sensing area may emit light by receiving a data voltage of an input image in a display mode. At least some of the second plurality of pixels in the sensing area may emit light in a fingerprint recognition mode.
OLED display panel and display device
The present disclosure provides an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel and a display device. Because, in this structure, a light transparency area is included in an electronic device display area, external light passes through the light transparency area and enters a camera. Thus, the camera can be directly positioned under the display panel without the need of forming a hole, thus solving the problems existing in prior art where the electronic device display area cannot display images due to formation of the hole. Full screen display is achieved.
Display device with optical pattern layer
A display device includes a light emitting element layer, and an optical pattern layer disposed on the light emitting element layer. The optical pattern layer includes a first pattern layer having a base part and protruding parts, and a second pattern layer having a refractive index less than a refractive index of the first pattern layer to scatter light incident to the optical pattern layer and minimize reduction in front efficiency, thereby providing an improved display quality of a side viewing angle.

A location of the first driving voltage line in a first pixel differs from a location of the second driving voltage line in a second pixel. The second pixel is adjacent to the first pixel in the first direction.
