ELECTROLUMINESCENT DISPLAY INTEGRATED WITH TOUCH SENSOR AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME
An electronic device includes a substrate, a display unit and a touch sensor unit. The substrate includes a first region and a second region, wherein the first region and the second region are separate from each other. The display unit, disposed at the first region of the substrate, includes an electroluminescent (EL) device that includes a first cathode electrode in a patterned cathode layer over an interconnection structure disposed between the substrate and the EL device. The touch sensor unit, disposed at the second region of the substrate, is configured to detect a touch event. The touch sensor unit includes a second cathode electrode in the patterned electrode layer, and a capacitor defined in the interconnection structure. The capacitor includes a conductive plate electrically coupled to the second cathode electrode.
Display device
A display device includes: a substrate including first and second sides; first and second pixels connected to different scan lines; a light blocking layer defining first and second light emission areas of the first and second pixels; and patterns overlapping the first and second light emission areas and on different layers between a pixel electrode and the substrate. Each emission area is divided into first and second divided areas, between which the first divided area is the closer to the first side. In the first light emission area, an overlap area between the second divided area and the first pattern is larger than an overlap area between the first divided area and the first pattern. In the second light emission area, an overlap area between the first divided area and the first pattern is larger than an overlap area between the second divided area and the first pattern.
DOUBLE-FACE DISPLAY PANEL AND DOUBLE-FACE DISPLAY DEVICE
Disclosed are a double-face display panel and a double-face display device. The double-face display panel comprises a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array, each of the pixel units including a thin film transistor, a front display pixel and a rear display pixel; the front display pixel comprises a first anode, a first light emitting layer and a first cathode; the rear display pixel comprises a second anode, a second light emitting layer and a second cathode; and the first anode and the second anode are electrically connected to a drain of the thin film transistor, respectively. Thereby, the present application can effectively reduce the number of wirings in the manufacturing process of the panel, and thus can reduce the impact on the pixel density due to the excessive number of wirings.
Organic EL device, and display apparatus and lighting apparatus using the same
An organic EL device includes a substrate, a reflection electrode, an organic compound layer and a light extraction electrode in this order. The organic compound layer includes a first light-emitting layer which is electron trapping type light-emitting layer and a second light-emitting layer disposed between the reflection electrode and the first light-emitting layer. An optical distance between the reflection electrode and the first light-emitting layer is a distance of constructive interference for the light of the first light-emitting layer.
LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE
A light emitting display device includes: a substrate; an organic film on the substrate; a green light emitting diode on the organic film and including a first anode; a red light emitting diode on the organic film and including a second anode; a black pixel defining film having an opening exposing the first anode and an opening exposing the second anode; a cathode on the black pixel defining film, the first anode, and the second anode; an encapsulation layer covering the cathode; a light blocking member on the encapsulation layer and having an opening; and a color filter filling the opening in the light blocking member. A portion of the organic film overlapping the first anode in a plan view has a halftone exposure area, and a step of the halftone exposure area is 30 nm or less.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A display device is disclosed, which may reduce an interval between subpixels and maximize a light emission area. The display device comprises a substrate provided with a first subpixel and a second subpixel arranged to adjoin the first subpixel, a first electrode provided in each of the first subpixel and the second subpixel on the substrate, including a first material, and an oxide insulating film provided to cover at least a portion of a side of the first electrode and made of a second material. The first material is a metal material, and the second material is an oxide of the first material.
DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display apparatus capable of see-through display is provided. The display apparatus includes a first region including a first light-emitting element, a second region including a second light-emitting element, and an insulating layer provided continuously across a third region that transmits external light. The first light-emitting element includes a first pixel electrode, a first organic layer, and a common electrode. The second light-emitting element includes a second pixel electrode, a second organic layer, and the common electrode. In each of the first organic layer and the second organic layer, an angle between a bottom surface and a side surface is greater than or equal to 60? and less than or equal to 120? in a cross sectional view. The insulating layer includes a portion overlapping with the first organic layer with the common electrode therebetween, a portion overlapping with the second organic layer with the common electrode therebetween, a portion in the third region, and has a light-transmitting property.
Display device and method for manufacturing the same
An object of the present invention is to decrease substantial resistance of an electrode such as a transparent electrode or a wiring, and furthermore, to provide a display device for which is possible to apply same voltage to light-emitting elements. In the invention, a auxiliary wiring that is formed in one layer in which a conductive film of a semiconductor element such as an electrode, wiring, a signal line, a scanning line, or a power supply line is connected to an electrode typified by a second electrode, and a wiring. It is preferable that the auxiliary wiring is formed into a conductive film to include low resistive material, especially, formed to include lower resistive material than the resistance of an electrode and a wiring that is required to reduce the resistance.
