ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY PANEL
An organic light-emitting diode display panel is disclosed. By using four display panels sequentially disposed in a stack arrangement from top to bottom, light emitted in a same direction from each of the display panels, and subpixels of the four display panels not overlapping one another, a screen resolution of the organic light-emitting diode display panel can increase by three times without increasing pixel density of masks or density of array layers.

A display panel, a mask plate, and a manufacturing method of the display panel are provided. The display area includes an installation area and a non-installation area. The installation area is configured to install a preset component. The display panel further includes a pixel layer. The pixel layer includes a plurality of first sub-pixels disposed in the non-installation area and a plurality of second sub-pixels disposed in the installation area. Each of the plurality of first sub-pixels includes a first cathode, and each of the plurality of second sub-pixels includes a second cathode, wherein a thickness of the second cathode is less than a thickness of the first cathode.

A display device includes: a first display area including a first pixel circuit portion and a first light emitting element electrically connected each other; a 2-1 display area including a 2-1 pixel circuit portion, a 2-1 light emitting element electrically connected each other, and a 2-2 pixel circuit portion; and a 2-2 display area including a 2-2 light emitting element electrically connected with the 2-2 pixel circuit portion, and a light transmissive area. The first pixel circuit portion is disposed lower than the first light emitting element in a cross-sectional view, and the 2-1 pixel circuit portion is disposed lower than the 2-1 light emitting element in a cross-sectional view. The 2-2 light emitting element includes a first electrode, an emission layer, and a second electrode, and the 2-2 display area includes a low reflective layer that overlaps the first electrode in a plan view.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device is provided, which includes a light sensor in a display panel. The display device comprises a substrate having a unit pixel area and a unit light sensor area, a first electrode over the substrate, a second electrode over the first electrode, a third electrode over the second electrode, a light emitting layer in the unit pixel area and disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a light active layer disposed in the unit light sensor area and disposed between the second electrode and the third electrode.
DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING A LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE
A display apparatus may include a display panel that may include a display area in which a light-emitting device is disposed, and a bezel area disposed outside the display area. A device substrate may extend throughout the display area and the bezel area. An over-coat layer may be on the display area and the bezel area of the device substrate. The light-emitting device may include a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode. A bank insulating layer covering an edge of the first electrode may extend on the over-coat layer of the bezel area. An opening penetrating the over-coat layer and the bank insulating layer may be on the bezel area of the device substrate. A sidewall of the opening may be covered by the second electrode. Thus, the penetration of external moisture through the over-coat layer and the bank insulating layer may be blocked or delayed.

A display device according to one or more embodiments includes a substrate, common voltage lines on the substrate, and extending in a second direction, connection electrodes on the common voltage lines, an emission layer on the connection electrodes, a common electrode on the emission layer, and a voltage applying portion configured to apply a common voltage to the common electrode, wherein the emission layer defines openings for connection through which the common electrode is electrically connected with respective ones of the connection electrodes, and wherein distances between respective adjacent ones of the openings for connection increase as a distance from the voltage applying portion increases along the second direction.

An embodiment provides a light emitting device including: a first electrode; a second electrode overlapping the first electrode in a plan view; and a light emitting part disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The second electrode includes a first layer disposed on the light emitting part and including a first organic material, and a metal thin film layer disposed on the first layer and including a first metal. The light emitting part includes an emission layer, a hole transport region disposed between the first electrode and the emission layer, and an electron transport region disposed between the emission layer and the second electrode. The first layer is disposed on the electron transport region.

The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The first conductive element is disposed on the first substrate. The insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive element and has a first via. The first electronic element is disposed on the insulating layer and electrically connected to the first conductive element through the first via. The medium structure is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The medium structure has a first portion and a second portion. The first portion overlaps with the first via, and the second portion is adjacent to the first portion. In addition, the thickness of the first portion is greater than the thickness of the second portion.

The present disclosure provides an organic light-emitting diode display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method includes: sequentially forming a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode on a base substrate; forming a protection layer having a first opening on a side of the second electrode distal to the base substrate; and forming a second opening in the second electrode, the second opening being located below the first opening. In the present disclosure, with the protection layer, only a portion of the second electrode below the first opening is removed, so that other portions of the second electrode are prevented from being damaged, thereby eliminating a poor display of the display device.

A display panel includes a substrate including an opening, a light-emitting element arranged in a display area around the opening and including a first electrode, a second electrode, and an intermediate layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, at least one partition wall arranged in a first non-display area between the display area and the opening, a multi-layer insulating layer below the at least one partition wall, and an encapsulation layer on the light-emitting element and including at least one inorganic encapsulation layer and an organic encapsulation layer, wherein the second electrode extends toward the first non-display area from the display area, and the multi-layer insulating layer includes a recess portion located between an edge of the second electrode and the at least one partition wall in the first non-display area.
