The second locking structure includes a third locking member arranged on the second substrate and a fourth locking member arranged on the third locking member. The first locking member is engaged with the third locking member, and the second locking member is engaged with the fourth locking member.

Therefore, the resistance voltage drop on the cathode layer (5) is reduced, thereby improving the display uniformity of the display panel.

The first retardation film (41) has a major axis and a minor axis in a plane parallel to flexible display panel (1), and an included angle between a direction in which the minor axis of the first retardation film (41) extends and the absorption axis of the linear polarization layer (3) is about 45°.
