Resin cured product, electrical device, motor, transformer, cable sheath, mobile, structure, and method for healing resin cured product
In a conventional self-healing material, although the resin properties after self-healing are restored to the same level as the initial refractoriness and strength of the resin, no further extension of life can be expected. A resin cured product according to the present invention includes: a first vinyl monomer having an ester bond; a second vinyl monomer having a hydroxyl group; a transesterification reaction catalyst; and a boron compound.
Thermoplastic resin composition, and molded article thereof
The present invention aims to provide a resin composition which can provide a molded article excellent in insulation and showing a low relative permittivity and which causes no melt fracture even when extrusion-molded at a high shear rate. The resin composition of the present invention includes an aromatic polyether ketone resin (I) and a fluororesin (II). The fluororesin (II) is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and a perfluoro ethylenically unsaturated compound represented by the following formula (1):
CF.sub.2CFRf.sup.1(1)
wherein Rf.sup.1 represents CF.sub.3 or ORf.sup.2; and Rf.sup.2 represents a C1-C5 perfluoroalkyl group. The aromatic polyether ketone resin (I) and the fluororesin (II) satisfy a melt viscosity ratio (I)/(II) of not lower than 0.001 but lower than 0.3.
GEL IMPREGNATED BUSHING
The present disclosure relates to a high-voltage (HV) bushing comprising a condenser core configured for surrounding a HV electrical conductor. The condenser core comprises an insulation material comprising wound layers of a permeable solid material impregnated with a thermo-reversible gel. Cable with flame retardant multi-layer covering
A cable comprising a covering having two or more different sheath layers, with the covering providing superior chemical and weathering resistance, and excellent surface feel. In a preferred embodiment, the outermost sheath layer of the covering is a thermoplastic elastomer essentially free of a flame retardant material, yet the covering achieves desirable flame retardant performance due to the presence of an inner sheath layer comprising a thermoplastic elastomer and a flame retardant, preferably halogen-free flame retardant. The outermost sheath layer also exhibits sought-after surface qualities. Methods for producing the coverings and flame retardant cables are disclosed.
