A method of manufacturing a gasket for a double busbar is disclosed. The double busbar may be composed of two separate electrically insulated flat conductors. The conductors may be arranged one above the other. The double busbar may be placed in a mold cavity for molding the gasket. The mold cavity may be closed around the double busbar and filled with a sealing material. The introduced sealing material flows around the flat conductors, adhering to the flat conductors, and solidifying in the mold cavity to form a gasket molded to the double busbar.

An outer penetrator is configured to permit the transfer of the element from the interior of the body past the physical boundary to the exterior of the body in a third pressure region having a third pressure. An inner-outer connector connects the inner penetrator to the outer penetrator. Sealing mechanisms may prevent the transfer of the element from the first pressure region.

One aspect relates to a method for producing an electrical bushing for an implantable medical device. The method includes forming a holding element for holding the electrical bushing in the implantable medical device, the holding element including a through-opening. An insulation element of aluminum oxide is formed within the through-opening. At least one elongated conduction element is formed extending through insulation element. The at least one elongated conduction element includes an aluminum oxide in a metallic matrix. The insulation element and the at least one elongated conduction element are jointly fired thereby forming a hermetic seal therebetween without welding or soldering.

The pressure compensator increases pressure resistance of the fluid-tight connection of the functional element to the base body against pressure.
